The observation deck is a bridge located on the edge of the New Athos waterfall. At the same time, at first this bridge is a concrete ledge, and then it turns into an iron grid, which, frankly, is scary to walk along. Given the age of all the facilities and the level of maintenance in Abkhazia, I wouldn't risk it.
