We have been going to this kindergarten for some time, and I have a clear impression. The most important thing is that the child comes here calmly, without tantrums, and this is the main indicator. The caregivers are attentive, they don't just "look out", but really interact with the children, they know how to switch, calm down, and interest. I would like to mention the atmosphere separately: there is no sense of chaos or indifference, everything is quite organized. The child started talking more, became more independent, this is an excellent indicator.
