Everything is fine. The food is incredibly tasty and quickly brought, the music is soft, the hookah is wonderful. It is clear that the guys tried very hard on the establishment, and it turned out great.
An open kitchen is always a challenge, the restaurant shows that it is sure that the processes are debugged, that the process is transparent, but how surprised I was when a man in a jacket came in from the street, approached the cook (who was cooking my pasta in the open kitchen at that moment), shook hands with him ( with the cook who was preparing the dish at that moment… I'm still in shock), and the cook continued to cook.
In such a situation, a beautiful interior, pleasant music, location, and an extensive menu somehow fade into the background
