After leaving the application on the website, less than five minutes later, I was contacted online and consulted in detail on all issues. The next day, I handed over the phone to the service. I was immediately offered a replacement phone for the repair, but I had my own, so I refused. The very next day, in the afternoon, they called and said that the phone was ready. A nice bonus is that a safety glass was pasted on for free. After I picked up the phone, I noticed a slight nuance with the screen. I wrote to the service - without unnecessary questions, they calmly and quickly asked me to bring the device back. A day later, I brought the phone, and also asked that it be brought to me after the problem was fixed. The nuance was promptly eliminated, a new protective glass was pasted on, another month's warranty was added and the phone was delivered to a place convenient for me. Excellent service and very friendly people. Only positive impressions from communication and work. I would like to note separately that I have been looking for a long time where to give the phone for repair, and it was the positive feedback from other customers that played a crucial role - and I have never regretted my choice.
