Good evening! I want to share my experience! We took a VR set-top box for 4 days for children. 1. The joysticks in the consoles were quickly discharged, 2 for a long time they could not figure out why the helmet for the console did not work, after calls and reboots, the cable did not work.
On the day of the refund, they announced to me that I had to pay a fine of 9 rubles, since I kind of turned it off incorrectly, namely, I did not wait until the light bulb stopped burning! Although I personally turned off the console and I remember that all precautions were taken into account by me. Okay, I asked for any document on the basis of which they demand a fine from me, or a defective act or some other, to which I was told that they did not have to write anything out to me, Pay or put on the blacklist.
It's very interesting if there are many people like me who have been specifically extorted money without any confirmation and evidence. The situation itself is very unpleasant, I really felt like I was in the dashing 90s. And yes, I am an adult, but how many young people have got into such situations.

Gave the Ps5 console and two joysticks for repair / maintenance. They promised to do everything promptly.
So basically everything is fine! Good prices and high speed of work;)

There are no problems during the month of operation of the joysticks. As if they were new;)
And the 3-month warranty is a nice bonus.
Everything is fine with the console as well! It was turned off before cleaning (most likely due to overheating), but now there are no such problems.
