The combined impressions are based on the usual criteria of service, food and interior. Everything is maintained at the same level without obvious deviations in one direction or the other. Employees approach the service with concern for the customer's mood.
Service: Entering the establishment at off-peak times, we were met by a very courteous young man who offered a fairly large table for three people, including a child. He also warned that the table was booked for a certain time. I drew attention to the fact that there is an air conditioner above it, and this can negatively affect the visit, especially with a child. Based on the above, I offered a table for two, and delivered the third chair.
The restaurant's menu is available by QR code, and the restaurant is located in the basement. Therefore, the employee promptly offered to use their Wi-Fi, the password to which is on the back of the qr card.
The employee informed us that the dishes on the menu are their own designs, and we will not find classic positions in Philadelphia or California.
While waiting for the order, each guest was personally supplied with water with cucumber.

When voicing the order, we were asked if we were allergic to any ingredients, which was the first case in Georgia in 2 years. It's nice that such nuances of the service are gradually emerging. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that at the next table, the guests complained that the Internet was not catching in the basement, and they could not open the menu, they asked to give them a paper copy. Our new waiter did not offer any offers to use their local Wi-Fi. Most likely, it was the personal advice of the first employee who met us at the restaurant. I think that such a hint can be implemented at the level of the entire staff, and only then proceed to the paper menu.
The only nuance that I can pay attention to: despite the small number of tables, dirty dishes were on the table before the request for full payment (10-15 minutes).
Meal:
We ordered three dishes: poke with salmon, a roll with shrimp and passion fruit sauce, a roll with smoked squid and tom yam sauce.
Poke with salmon is a large portion of chopped vegetables and herbs with fresh salmon. A beautiful serving on a rice substrate, which allows you to feel the balanced taste of different ingredients, focused on different preferences: sweet avocado, crispy cucumber with coconut sauce, moderately spicy chuka salad, nori leaves
Roll with smoked squid and tom yam sauce - an unusual combination of squid with rice popcorn and cream cheese seems very neutral and barely noticeable until it comes into contact with the thick, spicy tom yam sauce. Tom yam does not reach the classic sharpness, again, this is facilitated by interrupting the taste of omelet tomago and cream cheese. But the thrill will still haunt you for a while.
A roll with shrimp and passion fruit sauce is my personal top, despite the fact that the roll itself with shrimp seems lean. In combination with the sauce, the taste is transformed, making the dish interesting and expressive. In contrast to the previous dish in particular.
Interior:
The establishment is small, designed for 2-3 large companies of 6-8 people and two more tables for 2-3. You can also stay at the bar. In the institution, given its basement location, there is an atmosphere of semi-darkness, which does not make you strain your eyes much, but also will not allow you to take perfect photos without a flash. There are no obvious accents on unusual lamps or lighting, paintings or floor vases, as can often be seen in Asian cuisine establishments. On the contrary, minimalism and focus on clear, even lines prevail. The only unusual item is a rope hanger holder in the dressing room at the entrance. Nevertheless, in continuation of the rope theme, wicker seat cushions are made.
