Level 3 Local Expert

This was our first visit to Kazakhstan, we wanted to experience the local cuisine, and this restaurant exceeded our expectations. As Indians, we were curious to try traditional Kazakh dishes. The food was amazing. Every dish was rich, flavorful, and authentic. The service was exceptional as well. The staff were friendly, and took the time to explain the dishes to us. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and reflecting the culture beautifully. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kazakhstan who wants to savor its traditional food.

Poor Service and Cold Food I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow and inattentive. Our waiter seemed uninterested and took a long time to take our order and bring the food. When the dishes finally arrived, they were cold, Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service and warm, fresh meals.

a cool place where Uzbek/commercial cuisine is appreciated. The interior is warm, classic + national elements — you can immediately see what makes the atmosphere. I tried pilaf and shurpa — rich flavors, decent portions, do not leave hungry. I also liked the drinks and tea, they are especially served beautifully. The staff is polite, they serve with respect. There is a feeling that people come here not just to eat, but to enjoy the atmosphere. On the downside: sometimes there are queues/waits, especially at peak times; prices are slightly above average, but not an ambush if you get the quality for it.

Nice place, great interior, attentive staff, great dishes and most importantly delicious! The only thing that upset me was that I couldn't try the pilaf, apparently it's very tasty and therefore leaves first, it wasn't possible to expect it to be cooked, but next time I will definitely try. There is nothing to say about the fog cooling system of the summer veranda - it is at its height! I recommend this place to visit!

I won't give a very low rating, after all, the products are used quite well, the entourage is there, the service is good. But the dishes are just tasteless. The worst food outlet in Almaty today, where I have been. We ordered cabbage soup, solyanka, lagman, ganfan at home, chuchvara, pilaf, achichuk, napoleon, pancakes with banana and tea. The soups are not bad, the rest is either average or below average. Lagman is even more or less, the pilaf is very weak, the salad is just no good (go to Uzbekistan and eat at the most ordinary eatery to understand how to cook). The cake just doesn't work, the cream doesn't fit at all. Ganfan is just a complete failure. It's not delicious! And the prices are high for such quality and taste. There are a lot of delicious places where you can have a delicious meal for the same price. And most importantly, when it's worth 5 stars and there are negative reviews (and a bunch!) - this is already a wake-up call to avoid the establishment. We followed the recommendation, not another foot. We've been to different countries and locations, and there's something to compare it with.

I really liked the place. The food is delicious and I really liked the cheburek khan odaaaa, mmmm, it's delicious. The atmosphere is gorgeous and the music is pleasant. There are three receptionists at the entrance, and one waiter sleeping on the move in the hall. The water arrived 30 minutes later, on the third reminder.
