I recently visited the Nairi clinic and was completely delighted with my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which immediately made me comfortable. The clinic premises are clean and well organized, which creates a pleasant atmosphere.
During the appointment, the doctors took the time to listen to my problems and answered all my questions in detail. I liked their approach to patients, focusing on an integrated approach to health.
The waiting time was minimal, which is always pleasing, and the subsequent maintenance process was smooth and efficient. I left with the feeling that my health was taken care of, and with confidence in the proposed treatment plan.
In general, I highly recommend the Nairi Clinic to anyone who is looking for quality medical care in a friendly and professional environment!
The staff is friendly, the specialists are professionals in their field. The doctor explained in detail all the stages of treatment, offered several solutions to my problem, which helped me make the right choice. All procedures were performed carefully, painlessly and in a comfortable environment. The equipment is modern, which adds confidence in the high level of services provided. I am very glad that I chose this clinic, and I recommend it to everyone who is looking for high-quality dental treatment!
It is a modern medical center with a wide range of services and highly qualified specialists. The staff is polite and attentive, the equipment is new, and the level of service meets international standards. An excellent choice for those who are looking for quality treatment
In general, the clinic is good, one of the best in Yerevan. There are excellent specialists (for example, in neurosurgery and ophthalmology), but there are others.
Today, for example, I received a whole lecture from the doctor so that I would not think that I was a client there)
Of course, I won't go to him anymore.
Administration in the polyclinic is weak.
Different admission rules in different offices, but they won't tell you about it - you have to get this knowledge yourself)
These may be the rules of "Wait for us to call you", or there may be a live queue.
If you are booked on time, this does not mean that you will not have to wait an indefinite amount of time.
Therefore, I put 3 on the total.
(I have set Neurosurgery 5 separately - they are marked separately on the map)
A good clinic and courteous staff. My husband had surgery to correct the nasal septum. Everything was done perfectly, put in a separate room. The rooms are excellent, with a TV, a good bathroom and a comfortable, modern bed.
There were constant examinations and the attention of doctors and nurses.
The hospital is spacious, clean, and there are no queues. They were fed breakfast and dinner.
On the downside, the prices are higher than in other hospitals. The food leaves much to be desired, the diet is meager; the cheese, for example, was weathered.
They did not give tea, they did not even give warm water, only water.
But the visit is free, even at 7 a.m. come and bring what you need.
In general, the clinic is good with very modern technology and completely different devices. There are very high-class specialists.
But for me personally, there is a huge disadvantage, and this is the lack of planning. I have lived in Yerevan for almost 2 years, so sometimes I had to go to various doctors. There was a case when I had an appointment for 9 a.m., the doctor came at 10:57 and refused to see me, because she "didn't have time." There was an appointment for 9:20 in the morning, at 10:00 the doctor was not there yet, I had to change the doctor. There was an appointment for one procedure, but the device was taken for video shooting, and the doctor and I had to wait 50 minutes for it. If the doctor starts the working day at 12:00, he will come, God willing, by 13 o'clock. Patients' time is not valued. It is impossible for a working person to plan his working day.
I wrote a review addressed to the State Duma, she is the owner of this medical center, but no one answered me. I was informed at the reception that they "do not respond" 😁
For the reasons indicated, I put "3".
One of the famous private clinics in Yerevan. Prices are above average. As for the quality of service, if you're lucky. There are very good doctors, and there are not so good ones. They work with insurance. It is necessary to look at recommendations, reviews of doctors, as well as in general throughout Armenia. There have been cases of misdiagnosis. There is parking, but it is usually difficult to find a free space.
I have been a client of this clinic for many years. I put one at the registry office through which I tried to sign up for the examination. Comprehensive examination. It's expensive. When I started explaining exactly what I wanted to go through, they just hung up on me at the other end. I tried to call you back. They just didn't answer me. I called the landline number back. After hearing the Russian speech, they hung up again. This is the first time I've encountered such boorish behavior in this clinic! A young girl, instead of saying that she does not speak Russian or calling a Russian-speaking colleague, chose to behave in a boorish manner, which casts a shadow on the clinic, of which she is the face.
There are very good specialists. But you need to know who to go to.
A huge disadvantage is that there is no electronic queue, and given the mentality of the local population, the first one is the one who needs it "urgently" or acquaintances. In fact, recording by time does not really matter. Be prepared to actively sit in line and defend your place in it.
It is doubly difficult for Russian speakers, because doctors mostly speak Armenian. I don't want to say that this is a bad thing, because after all, this is Armenia. But just such a nuance. But I have learned the word "saviour" for the rest of my life 😂
You can make an appointment by 14, but you will be accepted at a completely different time. Doctors have their own random schedule. They're late. Some specialists do not know their business, as if there is no education, they do not help. They don't call me to the office. Several times it was "to your office A, B or C - look for a doctor there." Guys, I'm paying money for this, let's get organized.
I am very satisfied with the service at the medical clinic! The professional and friendly staff creates a cozy atmosphere. The doctors I contacted are highly qualified, listen carefully and explain in detail all the nuances of treatment, answer all questions, keep in touch in the future!
I had an exceptionally positive impression, I highly recommend it!
It is better, of course, to do without a hospital, but if you really have to, then you can safely contact Nyri! The hospital is famous for its surgeons. Clean, freshly renovated. They accept both insurance and simply through paid services. They speak Russian and English. It is located right by the Dvina River.
They do not observe the scheduled appointment time, they can take it half an hour later and say that it is your insurance company's fault. Tests are not sent to the post office, you need to come and pick them up personally. The urologist has problems with ethics, instead of explaining and prescribing tests, he says that "it happens" 🤷🏻♂️
I would like to express my gratitude to the vascular surgeons of the Center Garik Surenovich and Tigran Anastasovich! Professionals in their field, friendly, you come to the reception without tension, knowing that you will be greeted warmly, competently consulted and will provide the necessary assistance! Such people are the pride of Armenia! thank you! I recommend these doctors!
They performed an operation, set a date for removing the stitches, and when they came they said that there was no doctor. As a result, I had to remove the stitches myself. And so all the time, you come by appointment, they can score. Or they will accept someone who slipped through faster. The atmosphere of indifference
Very good dentistry, I liked the doctors, wonderful teeth as new, I recommend everything. This is a great clinic and the cost is not expensive. In general, the class
I applied here for another rabies injection, the 5th in a row, since I did 4 in Moscow and then flew on vacation. They listened, recorded the data, since their reception is primary, the procedure is paid, 20,000 drams. They did it right in the department with other patients lying through the curtain from each other, people scurrying back and forth, and a crowd of doctors) I paid at the vending machine using the number that was given on a piece of paper, not the first time. Then they called me back to rest and offered to give me a certificate of vaccination tomorrow, everything is polite and correct. I gave my list, everything was entered there, the batch number and the drug, and we left. It took about an hour. All I needed was a passport and a paper with a schedule of injections.
I like the Nairi Medical Center. Doctors and equipment are at the highest level. It's not the first year I've been seeking treatment, I'm happy. All specialists are attentive and professional. The only thing that could be improved is an appointment with doctors. Pre-recording by time does not work from the word at all. You make an appointment for one time, and you get an appointment in at least 30-40 minutes. This is terribly inconvenient, since the recording exists for the convenience of patients and to avoid a large crowd in the corridor. If the recording system is set up, then the clinic for me will be the best in the world.)
Recording for a while does not make sense, they will not accept you anyway, they will make you wait indefinitely
UPD: I don't know where they want me to enter my data, my data from barcode 639544/293544. Let's see if the service quality specialists will contact me
On June 3, at 9:35, I called the medical center, asked to connect with the laboratory, the employee did not introduce himself by name, when asked if they performed a blood test for varicela zoster by PCR, I received an answer that they were performing, then asked the cost and deadline, the employee replied 6000 AMD and if you donate blood in the morning, the answer will be after 16:00. Then the employee began to inform me that they were still performing an analysis for immunoglobulins, I replied thank you and goodbye.
The patient arrived at the laboratory within 30 minutes, where she was informed that they did not perform PCR. The patient has repeatedly said that a blood test for antibodies to the virus is not necessary. Despite this, they performed an analysis for immunoglobulin m, took blood and paid, saying that the test was suitable for diagnosis. After learning a negative result, although the PCR method was needed for differential diagnosis, I called the laboratory to find out why false information was given on the phone and bred for money, they promised to listen to the call, as a result their answer: it was hard to hear and the employee did not quite understand)
The worst thing is that the patient is pregnant and the issue of diagnosis of chickenpox was fundamental.
Divorce for money and deception!
At 9 o'clock reception
You come, the reception desk just comes, undresses. You're waiting.
You go to the checkout, they just arrive - you wait and watch how the terminal is set up.
You reach the doctor's office (there are no signs on the cabinets. Nothing).
There is no doctor.
You're waiting.
It's a very long wait, the most disorganized work for 20k for an appointment with a therapist. Everyone is working in the most relaxed mode possible. If I had my way, I wouldn't have come here in the first place.
I really love this medical center, I make an appointment in advance through the call center. I've never sat and waited in line, the waiting time is 15 minutes maximum. I am very pleased with the medical staff
I came to an appointment with an orthopedic traumatologist, at the same time, having previously called the registry, where they told me that you can come without an appointment until 13.00. a couple of medical registrars are sleeping in the registry in the truest sense of the word. I arrived immediately, went through the reception desk to the office. I took a turn, after the girl in front of me came in and left, I knocked on the office, where I was told to wait. I waited for an hour. I called the head doctor, they told me to wait more. awful. It's a mess. I never got to the appointment.
A wonderful center, especially for kids, a wonderful experienced and knowledgeable pediatrician Larisa Mushegovna, will always prescribe the right treatment, she has already helped our family so many times!
The staff is pleasant and friendly, everything is very clean, of course there are queues, but if you want to get to such a pediatrician, it's easy for us to wait!
Before vaccinations, they will always take tests to make sure to put it or not!
Everything is cool!
A good center, but very expensive to maintain. There are a lot of people.
Problems with paying for the Consultation . At the reception, during registration, they send you to another window to the operator, who in turn sends you to the payment terminal. The room's air conditioning is not working well.
A large and comfortable hospital, all in one place, which is good. However, there were both successful and not very successful cases with the qualifications of doctors. There is an element of lottery.
It was terrible, Laura was at the doctor, the doctor prescribed an expensive CT procedure that was not needed at all, complained of a common chronic infection, which she treated with her doctor elsewhere during periods of its exacerbation, but now there is no way to get to her doctor, chose this clinic and was very sorry, the doctor did not find visible in her opinion, she said that there was nothing to do with my sorry green snot, she did not appoint any tests and a sensible examination except for a CT scan, which revealed nothing, and later my situation only worsened, negligent attitude and absolutely useless appointments did not help, it only got worse, it feels like the doctor simply does not know what to do in such situations.
I've been going to different specialists for six months for different problems, they treat everything perfectly. Of the latter, I performed laser vision correction using lasik method at the doctor Kasyan Sofya Hamletovna. I am very pleased with the result, as well as the treatment: everything is friendly, caring, you can ask any employee a question and they will tell you what and where. All the equipment is modern.
I do not understand the surprise of the woman from the review on September 1. Apparently, she used to go only to the state polyclinic, where 1 elderly optometrist in a small office on a single ancient instrument checks, writes and prescribes treatment. In more or less large equipped ophthalmology centers, most of the checks have long been transferred to nurses in separate rooms so as not to waste the doctor's time.
Of the cons: it really cannot be said that everything works like clockwork. There are also delays and waits for a doctor who is not in place. But it's not critical for me, so I'm not lowering my rating.
Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated very much this year. The clinic cannot cope with the flow of people. The doctor is constantly out of place. I may have an appointment for a specific time. For example, by 14.00, I arrived. There are 10 people in front of me (!!!), the doctor's office is stupidly empty. And this is according to the VMI. Perhaps the problem is that the only clinic available in Yerevan, which is why there is such a flow of patients here.
Excellent clinic, located right in the center, beautiful view from the Windows. I was pleased with the repair, there are very few such clinics even in Moscow. There were no problems with queues, all the doctors I visited had a very good attitude towards me. I agree with the review I read here - this is the best medical center in Armenia.
The meeting place cannot be changed! In a peaceful conversation, patients discussed (including insurance) medicine in Russia and America, Canada and Japan - nevertheless, everyone gathered here
Well, what can I say, all the reviews below are completely true
I made an appointment with a neurologist Narine Samvelovna
With pain in the neck and thoracic spine for 3 months already
The examination lasted 2 minutes, she just patted me on the back slightly (touched me) and took off all the gloves
She did not identify the place of pain, did not give a list of differential diagnoses. Don't get me wrong. I am a veterinarian, I work in Yerevan and I accept both Armenians and Russians. And I have the same approach to all animals and owners, I will always touch everyone thoroughly and do my best to help. But here, I do not know how Armenians are treated in Armenia, maybe this is the attitude towards Russians? But I paid 15,000 just into the void
I know perfectly well how important anamnesis is (detailed) to help
But here I talk about the drugs that I ate - the dispossessing ones and about my long-standing problem (scoliosis) as soon as I said the word scoliosis, she immediately said "yes, you have scoliosis" and took off her gloves
Like the best tactic was to keep quiet?
I say, "identify where it hurts?tell me is the problem orthopedic or neurological?" she just smiled and said diagnosis is needed)))
"We need to do an X-ray says" -
I "but on the X-ray it is not visible what is happening to the spinal cord, is there a pinching / hernia and so on" (but if she normally touched the vertebrae, this is more or less possible to say) and establish the localization of the diseased area (I am thin)
She says, "Yes, it's not visible - well, then do an MRI scan"
Means?)
Yes, I do not argue - I myself know what I want to do an MRI and I know which areas
But since I can't reach my back, I can't figure out where it hurts specifically (and I don't see it)
In general, emigrant friends - where to be treated here -I do not know
Sadness longing
They were accepted 5-10 minutes later than the scheduled time (fortunately they were not delayed)
Of course, I will not go to a repeat appointment
Update!
I went for an MRI scan with them, since I have friends who will read it and the queue is small. I signed up for Saturday at 9:20! The beginning of the working day, I did an MRI, I paid, I'm coming back, they give me a disk, the conclusion will be on Monday (it's OK) I return home, open my MRI in the right program, and oh my God, what I see is an EMPTY DISK, JUST a BLANK DISK with no files on it, just 0 bytes. And now I have to go to this wonderful place again to pick up the disc. Well, yes, I'm unemployed, then I have no other cases)))
Update 2
I called, informed them about it, they said that we would overwrite the disc. I came and took it away, and lo and behold, the files appeared on a new disk and opened in the program. Be ready to get a blank.
Update 3
After looking at my MRI, I found that there was a lack of frames. After calling there again, I talked with the head of the department Kostan Samvelovich. I explained the situation, he promised to sort it out, then called back, said I could drive up and discuss the study. Today I arrived, he opened both disks on his computer, he explained to me why the study was conducted in this way. After he took me to the MRI Doctor, a beautiful woman, we also looked at my pictures with her, she told me everything and showed me everything and explained why the pictures were taken like that (why there are not enough frames)
Now it's definitely the end of the story
Incorrect submission of information on the cost of services ...
We signed up for a planned vaccination of a child, said the cost is 25,000 drams + a visit to the pediatrician is mandatory 10,000 drams + 3000 drams tests, everything is OK, we paid for the pediatrician and tests, we did everything, we were told to drink the medicine for 5 days and come for vaccination.
5 days have passed, we arrive with a prepared amount of 25,000 drams, since everything was discussed in advance and what do we learn right before vaccination?! And the fact that vaccination costs 43,000 drams and in general this is another vaccine not the one that was originally mentioned ...
Naturally, the vaccination was done, where to go, but the sediment, to put it mildly, remained, and there is no desire and plans for further visits to this medical center!
I'll start with a good one
There is a wonderful dentistry on the ground floor (but it doesn't seem to be related to the clinic), there are wonderful doctors who are not afraid to go to appointments. They will explain everything in detail, tell you in detail how the removal took place and why the treatment tactics should be exactly like this.
Now about the bad
Alas, not all doctors in the clinic have such empathy and professionalism. I got to Marianna Andranikovna (mammologist), did not have time to enter the office, complaints about personal problems were already pouring in. The reception lasted 2 minutes. During this time, she asked if I had gone to a plastic surgeon, I have an asymmetry and it's OK (it was extremely tactless, it's strange to hear this from a doctor). She sent me for an ultrasound, and then I had to see her again.
The ultrasound doctor Arut Shaburyan was no less surprised, there was one answer to any clarifying question: "pfft, everything is fine, it's nonsense." But I did not forget to ask if I am Armenian and if I speak Armenian. I called the mammologist, informed her about the ultrasound results, she said, great, don't let her come up to me anymore.
I am shocked, if possible, look for doctors through friends.
I would like to thank all the staff of the Nairi medical center, especially my attending physician Zakaryan Samvel Chubarovich, who is a doctor with a capital letter. Just a big bow to this man who performed a gastric resection on me. Thank you.
Extremely negative experience of going to the neurologist Mary Yagubyan, as well as massage. I suffered from chest pain with a deep breath, made an appointment. The doctor sent me for an X-ray, and then said that it was my scoliosis and sedentary work, and tense muscles caused pain. She sent me for massage and kinesiotherapy at the same clinic. And she also told me to buy an orthopedic pillow, which I did.
Each appointment with the masseur lasted 10-15 minutes, then 5-10 minutes of kinesiotherapy, and now I'm already outside the office door. To my sensible questions, why the massage is so short, masseur Maher threw up his hands and said that I was prescribed a massage of only two zones, as well as that the secret is not in the duration, but in the quality. There was no improvement.
At the second appointment with the neurologist, I reported that there was no dynamics and the massage did not help me. At first, she reproached me for not doing kinesiotherapy, and then she said "What am I going to give you a new back?"
To my questions, what else can I do, she answered irritably, "Do you want to say that I'm not treating you well?"
After that, I did not appear at her again and went to a neurologist at another clinic, who immediately determined that I had intercostal neuralgia and prescribed medications that helped the next day.
I don't recommend it
We came to get vaccinated.
We signed up in advance for a certain time.
We were sent to a live queue, there are people there, all sick, someone with a lung X-ray. Wild coughs, snot to the floor, feverish children.
I brought a healthy baby for vaccination. There is a huge chance that we will grab everything. Nothing is ventilated, it is stuffy and there is no separate office for healthy vaccinated children.
And why record for a while if they are sent to one office in a common queue🤯
I'm terrified.
After 20 minutes of waiting in a crowd of sick people, I decided that I would not wait any longer and left the clinic.
Upd after 3 days: got sick
