Cons: the hotel indicates an accessible environment for wheelchair users, but in fact it is missing, since the presence of a ramp at the entrance to the hotel and at the entrance to the restaurant is not an accessible environment, but only a part. Our room was located on the 2,5 floor, the elevator goes up to the 2nd floor, and then there is an 8-step staircase, where there is no elevator. It's good that my husband walks a little and was able to walk up the stairs, but every day and more than once I had to carry a wheelchair up these stairs, which weighs 25 kg, and I'm 64 years old. It was similarly difficult to get into the restaurant for breakfast, as there was a high threshold and a narrow door at the entrance. I was very surprised by the lack of a refrigerator in the luxury room, it would have been better if there had been less pretentious furniture, but there would have been a refrigerator.

Отличное место:) Отдыхали с 27 по 30 июня в номере 306. Номер огромный, красивый, чистый. Персонал до предела вежливый. Отдельно хочется отметить месторасположение отеля. Отсюда можно добраться куда угодно, а главное инфраструктура вокруг, есть абсолютно всё, что надо:) Завтраки в отеле вкусные, порции большие. Не знаем, кто пишет все эти плохие отзывы, но нам всё понравилось и в следующий раз мы остановимся тут и только тут, Большое спасибо!
