I ran into a bad situation today, spent 45 minutes and left with nothing because they misunderstood my request. Request: to arrange a phone in installments from the store itself, without credit (without banks). They assured me that they would give me an internal installment plan, while collecting information as if on credit, which was very embarrassing, and I asked a lot of questions. But they still said that there would be an installment plan from the store without additional payments. Attention! Lots of links, confirmation codes, signatures, etc... Voila - the installment plan is not approved, but the installment plan is approved (???) with an overpayment (300 rubles for 10 months, the cost of the phone is 800 rubles)from THE BANK . I was very angry for wasting my time. Guys, be careful when arranging the equipment there. I wish the store to adjust its work.
