It's a very nice hotel. Brand new. There is a heated swimming pool, a private dining room on site (we had a rest in early May, it was not yet the season and the dining room was closed, but the guys were already preparing for the launch) there will be coffee + a pool bar. The rooms overlook either the mountains or the sea. The hotel is located on the beach, 20 meters from the sea, the exit is through its own gate or from the rooms on the ground floor there are exits to the beach. We drove in, went out on the balcony and immediately saw the dolphins, they swam every day. On request: slippers and bathrobes, ironing boards with irons on the floor. There is a kettle in the room, a minimum set of dishes, air conditioners for cold and heat. We heard how the neighbors asked for a microwave in the room and it was brought to them. Very helpful staff. A separate story of animals: carp, sturgeon, various birds, two dogs. Everything creates a homely atmosphere. Dignified and sincere. I want to go back.

Отдыхали в отеле Мулберри конец мая начало июня в люксе.В номере своя кухня,балкон и на море, и на бассейн с горами.Всё отлично -начиная от заселения,несмотря на поздний заезд в 22-00,нас встретила душевная администратор Оксана - всё рассказала,показала,провела в номер, Территория отеля ухоженная, бассейн с подогревом,рядом с бассейном мини кафе,где делает коктейль и кофе добродушная хозяйка отеля Виктория.Проживающим предоставляется бесплатное пользовании лежаками,мангальной зоной,сапборд, бассейн.У отеля (что не маловажно)свой генератор,по отзывах читал,что громкий-ничего подобного,пару раз пропадал свет ночью(не по вине отеля),нисколько спать не мешал,несмотря на то,что окна выходили на генератор.Моё мнение-лучше быть в отеле с работающим генератором,но со светом,чем в тишине и в темноте!!!Уборка в номерах и замена белья без напоминания,за что большое спасибо девочкам!!! Нисколько не жалею о проведенном времени в отеле Мулберри,следующий раз только в этот отель!!!Владельцам отеля желаю процветания и адекватных гостей!

My family and I came to the wonderful country of Abkhazia for the New Year, namely to the Mulberry Hotel, my delight simply cannot be conveyed. Those people who write nasty things are lies! You just need to behave like people, not cattle! The hotel is just a fairy tale, it's new, clean, and cozy! Everything you need to relax is there, a swimming pool, a dining room, a mini zoo, and the view of the sea from the room is amazing. And most of all, I want to express my gratitude to the owners.Victoria and her family ❤️You are wonderful, kind, helpful, hospitable, wonderful people! Peace, health and kindness to you Vika and your family I fell in love with Abkhazia even more and found new friends 🤗And thank you Daria very much 🫶it was through you that I found this wonderful hotel 🏨 and I will return there again 🩷
