It's just a waste of time to walk around the MTS salon, I explain why: in 3 different salons, in the 1st main office and 2 regular salons, they provide different and incorrect information, and the problem was that the SIM card number was withdrawn, without any notification with plus balances. The number of which was linked to the passport, and at the moment I discovered it, as it turned out, another person was already using it. This card cannot be returned. And I spent another week on Oriental studies for another issue. I can only thank the best operator in Belarus for their unlikely work and the specialists who know their job.
Convenient location. Slow maintenance, poorly functioning air conditioner.

So-so, to be honest. I rarely appear in MTS communication salons, I don't know anything about innovations (electronic queue). I stood like a fool for 5 minutes while both employees served one client and neither of them said a word about taking an electronic queue ticket. Then a man came, took a ticket, and only after that I realized that there was an electronic queue in this institution. My queue number was called for some reason after those who were BEHIND me. During the registration process, the operator was constantly distracted by solving the problem of the second client. When I tried to give the operator a bank card forgotten by someone, I was answered "I don't need it!" I'm unlikely to come here again - even if it's better further from home, but with normal service.
