I didn't like the service.
It took a long time to cook. The order was brought to the neighboring tables earlier, although they came later. The waiters speak Russian poorly (but there are no complaints about this), but not even in English.
The food was delicious, but the dishes were broken, there was a dirty plate.
I don't recommend it. And I will definitely not come back.

I regret that I did not go to the reviews section before coming to this institution.
We ordered 2 salads, bruschettes and drinks with my wife:
- Caesar (as his wife said - one of the worst Caesars in her life)
- salad with caramelized eggplant (salty)
- bruschetta is not tasty, I didn't even finish it :(
All this stuff was taken out for about 35 minutes, considering that the table that came after us was served food before us :)
In short, it's very bad :) well, 10% on top for the "excellent, average" Yerevan service :)

Disgusting attitude from the very first minutes. It's not the first time here, but never set foot here again. Discrimination on the basis of nationality and rudeness of waiters. They asked to give a hot water bottle for the child and his wife on the street, but it was suddenly given to a local couple. The complaint was also sent to the Yerevan Municipality.

I waited for the order for 30 minutes, eventually the receptionist came up and said that they just forgot about my order. I was told that it would definitely be brought in 15 minutes and a compliment from the restaurant would be brought as an apology. The usual baked bread was brought as a compliment. As a result, the order was actually delivered after 15 minutes, but the final bill included items that we did not order (limoncello). Terrible service, unreasonably high prices.

The waiters change in a circle, not knowing what is ordered. Pizza, snacks and hot dishes were brought in one fell swoop, as in the canteen, but they forgot about the wine, the used napkins were never removed. Usually, the institution deteriorates after several years of existence, but here, from the very opening, the service does not correspond to either the location, price list, or claims for an Italian restaurant. Vitello tonnato - the meat is excellent, the sauce is two, it only matches in color. With such service, they don't deserve a tip.

We came here because of the rain. We decided to have lunch. We ordered mushroom cappuccino soup, gnocchi in sauce. The soup turned out to be just fantastic, and the gnocchi is no worse than in Italy. The kitchen, the service is at an excellent level.

It's just a disaster. The service is terrible, the food is acceptable at best. It started with the fact that at the entrance, the waiter, passing by, pushed my friend with his shoulder and went on without even apologizing.
After ordering, in addition to our waitress, drinks and dishes were also brought by other waiters who did not know what dishes they were bringing, or whether they were ordered at our table. We ordered a teapot and 3 mugs - a few minutes later another waiter came up with a teapot, asked if we had ordered tea and then put it on and asked how many tea pairs we needed. I had to ask the waiter separately to bring new dessert utensils.
Two of the three identical dishes were brought to us together, the third 10 minutes later and after the reminder. There is an awful lot of pepper in the salad without mentioning that it is a spicy dish. But tiramisu was the best - it was served directly from the glass mold in which it is cooked in the kitchen. The waitress right at our table took a long time and carefully cut off the pieces to put on our plates. We couldn't understand why it was so difficult for her to slice tiramisu with a spatula - but we realized when we tried it, savoyardi was not just not soaked, it was crunchy damn.
I asked to pick up the dessert and not include it in the bill, after which the manager came up to us and began to convince us that the chef had checked the dessert and everything was as it should be, trying to break this dry tiramisu with a fork and offering us to eat it after that. In the photo - dry and completely soaked tiramisu
As a result, the bill was never brought, I had to go pay at the counter.
It's a terrible place, I'm not going there anymore.

We waited for half an hour for the waiter to come and take the order, then the hostess girl was cleaning the next table, I looked at her, she asked "did you want anything?" I replied that we would like to place an order, she replied "yes, of course", left, and no one came up for the next 10 minutes. I had to go to another place. It is very strange that with such a service, all the tables are occupied and there are still people in line.

I was there twice and after the first one I already thought that I no longer wanted to come here, but then they bribed places on the street and finally fixed the opinion.
Of the cons: it will take a sooo long time to carry the menu, carry the food, clarify something and the like. Also, there are items on the menu that "even the bartender doesn't know what it is." We wanted to order iced tea, no one could explain what it would include and what it consists of, and in the end we got some bullshit for 3k drams.
There are no questions about pizza, only there is little written about the positions in the menu, you have to guess what is depicted in the pictures there - mushrooms or basturma.
If in general: the food is normal, but expensive for the price.

The interior is beautiful, the food is tasteless.
The meat was boiled in the pasta, it felt like it was taken out of the soup and cut into a paste.
In the eggplant salad, the eggplant was in a solid batter and therefore the salad was very greasy.

A place where disgusting service and pleasant food manage to get along. I even had to explain that if there are two items in the order, the salad is taken out first, and then the pasta, and not vice versa. Bent forks, constantly changing waiters who know nothing and do not know how. But the pleasant interior and delicious food make the situation a little more difficult.

I was very disappointed with the service and taste of the dish, the first time I visited everything was super. I ordered Ravioli with chicken, there is literally no taste from the whole dish, only cheese has a taste. The service was upset by the fact that the waiters do not pay attention to the language of the devices, and somehow they don't really pay attention to us either - why is there such a demand? Because the place is in the center of the capital, the prices are above average.
But I would like to note that the mood was greatly lifted by the singing cook in the hall :)))

The restaurant has been open for a very long time and there were some expectations that were not fulfilled.
The service is slow, the waiter may be turning circles around you, although you are already ready to place an order. Perhaps it's because of Staff's inexperience.
The food turned out to be average - there are good positions and there are mediocre ones. The meat salad is not bad, the tuna salad is not bad.
San Sebastian should have an absolutely creamy texture, and that's its essence. But they brought me an absolutely ordinary cheesecake, which I ate in a hundred other places.
Tiramisu, a dessert native to Italy, should have been good. But again, a completely ordinary tiramisu, while, for some reason, with a chocolate layer. This dessert is head and shoulders better in the cheese factory.
I can praise the cream brulee with pistachios. The crust was slightly thicker than it should be, but it was burned well. The cream has the right consistency.
I haven't eaten pizza here, maybe it's good, it seems to be praised.
Lemonades are too sweet.
They asked for black tea - they brought some kind of herbal mixture with mint, on the third attempt they admitted the mistake, they replaced it.

We visited this place with friends and were completely horrified by the level of service in this place.
The waiters are completely unprofessional, rushing around the cafe without any purpose. At the same time, there are quite a large number of them for such a size of the institution.
We waited for the pasta to be brought to us for an hour, tried to get help from the waiters, but no one did anything until we found the manager and only then the pasta!Let's get started! cook. They didn't even offer a compliment in the form of bread while we were waiting for her, although we said we were hungry.
There were no appliances on the tables and when the dishes were brought, I had to run after the waiter again and ask for the appliances. Bottled water was brought - it was not opened, it was not poured into a glass. It may seem like a small thing, but it greatly affects the overall perception of the institution.
In my opinion, it's a shame to have such a place right next to Republic Square. This simply shames the entire catering service of Yerevan and Armenia.
