I gave the pastry shop a chance 3 times.. I thought maybe I chose the wrong dessert. After all, everything is so beautifully done.. I tried several types of desserts in the pastry shop: eclair, "duck", a cake with a huge number of oil flowers.. the eclair was dry, with an incredibly sweet filling and hard fudge on top, the "duck" consists of 80% sweet foam for a high price, the cake with flowers is very beautiful, but it is impossible to eat it, it is so greasy. I recently ordered a bento cake (Napoleon).. it is tasteless, there is almost no cream inside, the layer of cream with which the cake is smeared is as thick as a finger, it is impossible to eat (greasy, heavy, sticks to the teeth).. They threw everything away. As a result, 150 grams of cakes without impregnation remained from the cake. Absolutely tasteless desserts at very high prices.

We decided to visit an insta-inspired place with our family in the summer. So: 1) It was about 11 a.m. when we arrived. The hall was initially empty, there were several employees behind the counter. But the tables were full of dirty dishes. And no one was observed near them for a long time (the hall was empty, several employees at the counter). There are crumbs on the sofas and the floor, a used paper napkin (which was still lying when we left) . 2) We didn't taste good. All 3 desserts. Beautifully decorated - yes. But not tasty from the word at all. To make it completely clear, the three of us liked the usual cakes most of all, which were sold as a compliment to a cocoa child. Even the picky husband, who is usually sweet - already a priori delicious, was tasteless. 3) A play area for the child. Small - approx. The toys are piled up - let's say a child was playing recently, they didn't have time to arrange them. But even in this area it was not clean.
Resume. The interior is beautiful. But does it matter when everything is not cleaned up. Desserts are beautiful. But it's not tasty, there is no desire to eat another piece, and after 3 different tasteless desserts, there was no desire to try the 4th either.
As they say, think for yourself, decide for yourself... We're not going any more.

For the first time in their lives, they left the institution without ordering anything or even sitting down..... I wanted to see with my own eyes and taste desserts from Instagram, to feel the advertised atmosphere....... But this is exactly the case when the picture does not correspond to reality. At the entrance, we were greeted by lean faces of employees who did not even bother to say hello, did not offer to choose something from the menu or even sit down..... We were shocked to say the least. Such an attitude towards guests has not been seen anywhere else. There were literally several cherished desserts in the window, and it was only 5 p.m. And the prices, by the way, are like in decent establishments in Minsk!
I definitely do not recommend this place to visit.

The cafe is very nice, beautiful, I would call it Instagram. There are places for a large company and for 2 people, there is a children's corner. Very nice baristas and waiters. Desserts are really works of art, often there are different themed weeks.
The only thing that can be noted from the disadvantages is the location (((

The place is very much overrated. The pictures are beautiful and creative, but when you order food and start trying, it becomes clear that this is just an advertisement and nothing more. I ordered myself a cocktail dispenser, we could at least write something on the glass or put some kind of icon on the bottom - nothing. And how do I understand where I was assigned? By color?
Further... The pastry is a distribution hat. Did you get anything wrong? It certainly doesn't look like a hat, I'm sorry.

I was in this cafe for the first time at Harry Potter's birthday party. The idea was just great, there were just a lot of people. The female workers were great fellows, despite such a load, they remained polite and smiling, solved all problems very quickly and confidently. The desserts and decoration were wonderful. I got to an event dedicated to Harry Potter's birthday. Of course, everything was decorated nicely, but the workers clearly could not cope with such an influx of visitors, I waited in line for 45 minutes and another 30 minutes until the order was prepared. I took the order to take away (I ordered 4 pies, put 3 in a box)
And paid 93 rubles, but the cakes were extremely mediocre, only 1 out of 3 was delicious.
Money is wasted, impression on the trash.

Desserts on the spot for some reason are always tastier than pre-ordered😅 from comments and suggestions - I would like more service and professionalism from employees, often a complete mess. There are often themed desserts and ideas for the holidays, it's very cool, and if you're still around, come in and try a cake in a glass, it's wow!

This is a wonderful place!!! Very polite staff. We were on Sunday during the gastrofest. There were a lot of people. The girl at the checkout served everyone so competently and politely, managed to take and make orders, arrange guests at tables and much more... And what kind of desserts they have... And the coffee... In general, I would give 10 stars!!! 5 for the service and 5 more for the quality of desserts and coffee!

Могу только посоветовать!
Искала как всегда в последнюю минуту доченьке на день рождения пироженки.
Заезжала в несколько кофеен и кондитерских, но выбор везде без восторга.
И уже совсем отчаявшись нашла эту кондитерскую. Время 10 мин до закрытия....витрину можно увидеть на фото.
Очень все аппетитно и красиво!
Выбрала маленький тортик)
Сегодня с утра уже попробовали выше всяких похвал) внутри красной бархат с клубникой! Спасибо большое за ваш труд!
В кондитерской очень уютно, есть и алкогольные напитки) взяла на заметку.
Отдельно персонал, очень милая девушка. Спасибо ей огромное за помощь в выборе!
Рекомендую!

We decided to visit this Instagram institution. The place is too overpriced. Yes, the design is trendy, but the room is small, you sit hand in hand with other visitors. The service leaves much to be desired. There were 2 tables with left dishes and food from other customers. They told me to sit down, they'll clean it up soon. As a result, we waited 10 minutes for the dishes to be removed. They brought coffee, cappuccino and put it on a dirty table with crumbs! My husband asked me to wipe the table. These are basic things. The husband waited for the pancakes for 25 minutes, they were brought when he specified how much longer to wait. Cappuccino is already cold naturally. Desserts from the showcase also have to wait a long time. The desserts are delicious, but the price is clearly too high, the coffee is ordinary. The check is 2 times higher compared to similar places. There is no desire to come to this place again.

I've been there twice. The first time at the gastrofest, the set was nothing, the coffee was delicious, the dessert in the form of a duck didn't really come to me, but it was interesting. We had to stand in line, but to the credit of the institution, in prinitsp, they managed to organize such a large flow of people. The second time I decided to take pancakes with mascarpone - a complete disappointment. The pancakes themselves were made for a long time, they were already cold, and the girls also forgot whose order they were carrying around the cafe. The pancakes themselves are absolutely tasteless, it was written in the description that they would be airy (like Japanese pancakes), in fact, quite the opposite, they were somehow dense, more like something like oatmeal, I don't even know. Mascarpone didn't even smell there, the portion itself is microscopic, it doesn't look at all like what's on the photo on the menu, a huge plate seems designed to emphasize this even more, and all this costs 18 rubles. But the funniest thing is that the girls forgot what kind of coffee to make for me, I noticed from afar that they were making me a small cappuccino, although I ordered a double one, I went to warn about it, so they also told me "Now we'll try at the checkout what exactly you ordered" like I'm going to lie for the difference in 1 ruble. Funny. And, of course, when it turned out that I was right, no one apologized, they just said, "Well, OK." And all this did not even happen with a full landing, half of the tables in the cafe were empty and there were not so many orders. Maybe other desserts are delicious, but the prices for some, frankly, are too high. A friend took an ordinary cheesecake, only round in shape and it cost a little less than desserts with a more complex design, but nothing special to taste. In general, two stars for the beautiful interior and interesting ideas. I have no desire to come here anymore, I'd rather go to a less popular place, but with normal service and delicious desserts, albeit without pretentious design.

The first thing that caught my eye: the prices on the shelves are the same, but when you choose it turns out that they cost more.
— Meringue roll, please 2 pcs.
— Yes, now only it costs not 8 rubles, but 10 rubles.
— OK, 4 more Napoleon desserts.
— They are also not at 8.5, but at 10 rubles.
— Okay, 4 more desserts in the form of a heart.
— They will also be 10 each.
The most interesting thing is that when it was packed in 2 boxes and put one on one, the top box moved off the bottom and fell on its side.
No one even apologized, let alone replaced. They put the boxes in a bag and gave them away. As you understand, some of the desserts were far from perfect in shape.

Очень атмосферная кафешка) Много места и десертов. Разнообразный выбор чая /кофе. Можно попросить зарядку для телефона, это тоже принесут. Наблюдали также , что мужчина пришел с собачкой, а было жарко, так и собачке лакомство дали и водичку принесли:) рекомендую!
