A quiet and pleasant place. Everything is clean, you can see that they are being taken care of. But during the visit, I didn't meet any people at all. Upstairs, where the graves are, there is a small chapel with beautiful views of Sveti Stefan. I walked on my own. Walking along the highway is not much fun, but it was worth it.

The monastery, according to local legends, was founded back in 1050. "Praskva" in the local dialect means a peach. The monastery was destroyed (by the French in 1812), suffered from an earthquake. Nevertheless, it was rebuilt and is still in operation. The Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker has been opened. Partially preserved ancient frescoes. The territory has its own farm: sheep, vegetable garden. There are many olive trees, kiwis, tangerines, figs, grapes, and pomegranates. You need to get there by car. There is a "Yegor's Path" - it was laid out of stones from the coast to the monastery in the 18th century by a Russian monk. But we couldn't find this path. If you get ready and find it, wear comfortable shoes - they say the trail is very steep. There is a cemetery at the very top of the monastery and the path will go further to other monasteries. The distance and time of ascent are indicated.
