I had a small issue with a taxi at Domodedovo Airport when I couldn’t book through Yandex Go and took one outside. The driver tried to overcharge me, and I reported it after reaching my hotel. Within 24 hours the matter was handled: the taxi was disciplined, I received a full refund, and both the airport and the taxi company sent me a sincere apology. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the airport management, and this experience makes me want to return to Russia again. Thank you!
