I only had experience in the arrival side of the airport and it was midnight. The customs took a while, but there were more than 10 desks open, so they were trying to make it easier and quicker or all passengers arriving. It was easy to walk through they don't speak English but definitely get the message across. Yandex taxi service takes quick, so not a long wait and bathroom's were somewhat representative with toilet paper and kind of clean. I look forward to experiencing the departure side of the airport.

Feels a bit outdated in parts, but overall a very functional airport. Signage is clear, staff generally helpful, and it’s surprisingly easy to navigate even for first-time visitors or foreigners. Security and passport control were efficient, and connections to the city are decent.
