Hulk Bank, I call the bank of grandparents)) huge queues, so also grandparents put pressure on pity and persuade them to skip them, so you have to stand a little longer than you could, but the staff is polite, they work without fuss, and of course it is far different from today's modern banks, you go in and see what is done for the people, not for customers

, System problems 1. Organization of work – "stone Age": No electronic record. 1-2 working windows out of 5 with an influx of customers. Self-service terminals often do not work. 2. Staff: Courtesy lottery Outright ignorance of the bank's products (confusing the terms of deposits/ loans). 3. The exchange rate is a "cat in a poke" It's one thing on the website, another in the department. The difference is up to 5%. Dollars/euros are "available only for VIP clients". What the bank COULD fix (but doesn't) ✔ Implement an electronic queue through the application. ✔ Conduct customer service training sessions for employees. ✔ Upgrade terminals and ensure their smooth operation. Conclusion: "Endure only if there is no alternative" This is not just a "bad branch" – it is a typical example of a systemic maintenance crisis. I recommend: Use a mobile bank for urgent transactions. P.S. If you decide to go, take a thermos, a powerbank and... a prayer book. Come in handy. 😤

Hole by hole, boorish staff, I stood in line for an hour to apply for a card, then they sent me to the cashier to pay the fee or dues, despite the fact that the cashier was free and was on the phone, I sent for a coupon anyway. I don't recommend it, I constantly swear at you, I can't really explain anything to the operators, I'm constantly distracted by your problem
