Although the hotel is small, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and amenities of the rooms. Everything you need is provided: bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, hair dryer. The beds are very comfortable. There is a cooler. There is a smoking room on the floor for smokers, but there is a pleasant smell in the corridor. Excellent service, they responded quickly to all requests. The laundry works promptly. There is a restaurant with excellent cuisine. Our family liked everything. I recommend

A good hotel, the location is good - almost the entire center and the park are within walking distance.
Nearby there is a shopping center, shops and an exchange office, which is not a little important in another country.
Why put 4, we had a suite designed for 4 people.
But there were three of us, two adults and a child. And it turns out to be a suite for four, and towels were given only to adults, the child had to buy a set of towels for a fee, so also every day they sent a cleaning service to ask to bring this set for the child, since they forgot to put it to us....
the question here is not about money, but about the attitude towards the guests... then why did we flaunt the suite for 4…
Well, the breakfasts were a little disappointed, the food itself is normal, a very small assortment, but to be honest, all 7 days are the same.
That's a solid 4!

It was the first time. I liked everything: the room, the cleanliness, the service, and the food. It's really delicious! The large hall was occupied, a banquet was taking place, and we were offered to go to the VIP booth. The order was accepted quickly, everything was brought with fervor-with heat, as they say. Очень классный и уютный отель в самом центре города. Приятные новые номера, хороший и вежливый персонал. Очень понравилась кухня в ресторане при отеле (обедал и ужинал). Все вкусно и качественно. Периодически прилетаю из Москвы в Караганду, постоянно живу в разных отелях - т.к. есть с чем сравнить, считаю, что это один из лучших отелей в городе. Кстати, приехал к 10 утра (после ночного перелёта из Москвы) - заселили сразу же, без ожидания. За это, отдельное спасибо!

I was on a business trip, we lived for probably five days. I liked everything. The rooms are cleaned daily, soap and toothpaste are changed all the time. I recommend.

He lived in room 201 in April 2024. It's a bit expensive for such a hotel, room and breakfast. Of the advantages, only the location and cleanliness. Remove the sprawling green plants on the stairs between the 1st and 2nd floors, get in the way of the passage. The room is cramped, the armchair is bulky for the size of the room, the table is uncomfortable, the sockets are far from the table. The pillows are superfluous, there is nowhere to put them. The refrigerator door scrapes on the floor... the lamp plug has frayed wiring, it is dangerous to pull it out of the socket, out of harm's way and did not touch it. It's a failure in small things.

In the suite, the toilet was smoked, apparently, the smell is no longer eroding. In general, the suite does not pull, but the situation was saved by the fact that the beds were with good mattresses and we managed to relax. Since the room was reserved exclusively for sleeping.
The hotel knew that there would be three of us, but they put towels for two and warned that the set for the third was with an additional fee, I had never seen this anywhere before.

Рекомендую это место.
Хорошая гостиница в тихом месте, хорошее месторасположение. На ресепшене очень приятная администратор. Завтрак на выбор, при чем хороший. Персонал в ресторане на 5 обслужили быстро и четко. Номера большие со всеми удобствами, очень уютно обустроенные. Номер чистый , ни пыли ни паутины не обнаружил.
Рекомендую однозначно

Небольшая уютная гостиница. Номер был стандарт. Немного тесноватая ванная комната. Номер сам тоже небольшой, но места для всего хватает, розеток достаточно, небольшой столик - можно поработать, есть холодильник. Кафе дорогое, но совсем рядом хорошие кафе с адекватным ценником и вкусными шашлыками.

Хорошая гостиница за приемлемую цену. Хорошее расположение в центральной части города. Сама гостиница находится в переулке, поэтому шум с улицы не так сильно слышен. В гостинице имеется лифт, что упрощает процесс доставки своей тушки в номер. Персонал приветливый и общительный. Номера достаточно комфортные, есть всё необходимое. В номере убираются часто, без проблем. Всегда в наличии чистые полотенца и средства личной гигиены. Завтраки простые, но со вкусом, и очень вкусные. В меню преобладает русская кухня. Завтраки включены в стоимость номера. Ресторан начинает работать с 8.00, но если вам необходимо уехать раньше, всегда можно предупредить администратора и вам будет скомплектован завтрак раньше. Гостиница понравилась, обязательно вернусь снова.

The kitchen is not delicious - just a canteen! We ate in three - we paid 20 thousand! And it was Stalin's food! Gentlemen, it's honestly not clear what you live on! Очень уютный отель, все чистое, исправно работает, персонал приветливый, интерьер очень не обычный, особенно в ресторане. В общем, в следующий раз если будем останавливаться в Караганде , только здесь. Завтрак кстати тоже был очень вкусный.
