We bought an entrance door in this store and were extremely unhappy. 1. The deadlines for both delivery and installation of doors have been violated. 2. An incompetent director-manager who does not call back on time, does not answer calls. 3. The installers broke out a piece of the wall when dismantling the old door. 4. The order was for the installation of doors and portals. But after installing the doors, there were no tiles on the entrance area (it had to be there to install the portals). It was agreed to call when the tiles are laid. After finishing the work with the tiles, we called to find out when they could install the portals for us and found out that, it turns out, they had lost our measurements of the slopes (by the way, they were measured by the same installer who broke out a piece of the wall for me), and the next day we find out that the portals are not made and we have to wait another month ! I hope it's already clear that they should have been ready with the door. In general, if you don't want to waste your nerves, money and time, contact other specialists.
