All plumbing is working. There is air conditioning and a refrigerator. They work quietly. The bed is comfortable. There was a room without a balcony, they offered to change to a room with a balcony, but we refused, because we liked everything in the room. The shower is clean, the water is hot without any problems. And also a great hair dryer that dries and styles hair quickly. The room is quiet, the neighbors are not audible at all. Room cleaning is available on request. The linen is clean and white. Breakfast every day is monotonous, but delicious cheeses, olives, watermelon, melon. A selection of jams and various teas. There is a swimming pool. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant and homely The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, but it wasn't a drawback for us - walking is useful. I liked everything. Thanks to the hosts and the staff of the hotel for the wonderful 11 days of rest.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and, to be honest, we expected much worse from the "two stars". But the reality pleasantly surprised me! The hotel is maintained by wonderful, caring hosts, and you can immediately feel it: everything is clean, tidy, and cozy. The breakfasts may not be the most diverse, but they are very tasty and prepared with a soul. Our vacation was great: the sea is only 5-7 minutes away on foot, the beach is clean and well maintained. There are many cafes, shops, restaurants, currency exchanges nearby — everything you need for a comfortable stay. A special charm to the hotel is given by its furry residents — cute and well-groomed cats. There is a swimming pool and comfortable tables around it, where it is so pleasant to sit and relax in the evenings. And if you wish, you can order food delivery directly to the hotel. We were completely satisfied and left feeling like we were visiting good friends or even at home.

The rooms and the hotel itself are clean, they asked for a room with a balcony - they changed it after 2 days, there was no refrigerator in the first room, there was in the second. The renovation is more or less recent. The staff is generally helpful, the hosts are a friendly elderly man and his sons. Breakfasts are very edible, several types of cereals, oatmeal, vegetables, cheeses, bread, eggs, watermelon, jams, butter, tea. There was a swimming pool with sun beds on site, but they were not in use. Good location, near the center of Konyalti district, close to restaurants, green park, 5-10 minutes walk to the sea. The breakfasts were included, very edible. On the downside: there was no cooler with cold water, so I had to buy an elevator in stores. For its price, great.

We spent a week here in July 2025. First of all, I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. The hotel is run by an elderly man and his two sons. They don't speak Russian, but they speak English well. We are always ready to help with anything, from asking where you can buy good baklava, to finding out if there is a good hammam in the area and how much it costs, to organizing a tour, to exchanging currency at a good exchange rate (euros, dollars, British pounds). The building itself is located close to the sea. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk through the park. There is a nice pool to wait out the heat. WiFi is free throughout, but it works intermittently. There are individual safes for valuables in the lobby, which can only be opened with two keys (one at your place, the other at the reception). The beds and towels are clean. The air conditioner is working, but unfortunately it blows directly on the bed. There is not a refrigerator everywhere, if there is not, then you just have to ask. In general, it is clear that repairs have not been done for a long time and the furniture is inexpensive, but this did not create any problems for us. Cleaning is done every 3 days, but you need to leave a key at the reception.

We stayed at this hotel with my husband for 8 nights. The owners don't speak Russian, but there were no problems with that. Any issue was resolved quickly. The room is clean for a hotel of this level. Towels can be changed every day. The room has a split, so it's not hot to sleep. Hot water in the shower every day and at any time. True, there is no place to dry a swimsuit, but even in this situation they found a way out: on the ground floor you can dry in a dryer, where you can dry your clothes. No problem))). Breakfast was included in our accommodation, from 8.00 to 10.00. Of course, he's a little weak, but they didn't go hungry. Lots of vegetables, several types of cheese, sausage, olives, jam, herbs, fruits (watermelon, melon), tea and coffee, milk, breakfast cereals. The hotel is always quiet and peaceful. There is a clean swimming pool. Overall, we were satisfied. Maybe we'll even come again.))

Markets with fresh fruits are coming!! But the biggest drawback is the lack of a balcony and generally the place for drying clothes is not equipped, which is very inconvenient. There is breakfast, you will not be hungry, and cheeses and sausage, even fruits, in principle it is cozy, the hosts are friendly people. The breakfasts are meager, but that's it, you know where you're going. The sea is 5-7 minutes. The nearest store is on the boulevard, it's also a 7-minute walk. Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Yes, the pool is clean. Wi-Fi is weak, but you can use it for free. You can change the currency in the lobby. The course is practically the same as the city one, and somewhere even better. In general, I recommend it!

We had a vacation in July 2025. We took a tour for 10 days, stayed with a young man all the time in this hotel. A small family-run hotel for relaxation. We had a room on the 3rd floor, with a balcony, refrigerator, wardrobe, bedside tables, bed (of course) and a small mirror with a shelf + bathroom with shower, hairdryer. The furniture is tired, it's true. But we were ready for it. There was no dryer, I had to dry things on the railing on the balcony (a couple of times things flew away because of the wind, I had to ask to get them from the roof under the balcony). There are two chairs and a small table on the balcony (which was later changed to a new one by the owners themselves on their own initiative) The light bulb in the bathroom did not work upon arrival, the owners were informed about it, and everything was quickly fixed for us. The refrigerator was just super powerful. Kondey was a salvation in the July Antalya heat. The hosts are very pleasant, they always helped at any request. There is a pool that is in demand) We swam in it once, mostly focusing on the sea. But it didn't stay empty. Breakfast is included in the accommodation. Breakfast is the same every day, but we weren't hungry. Satiety after breakfast was enough for up to 15-16 hours, taking into account the fact that breakfast was served between 9:30 and 10:00 (breakfast is from 8:00 to 10:00). Boiled eggs, olives. olives, jams, nutty pasta (something like nutella, but not so sugary), sausage, cheeses, lots of herbs and vegetables, watermelon and melon. Muesli, porridge. Tea, coffee. In general, we ate too much, that's for sure, and we also gained a lot of vegetables. the digestive tract said thank you)) In 10 days, our room was cleaned 2 times (once every 3 days), they asked for it themselves and gave us the key. They changed dollars at the hotel. The course was quite profitable. At that time, in the exchangers, when exchanging dollars, we would have received 2-3 lira more, not critical. The location is good, 5-7 minutes to the sea through the park, it seems like a second line. In general, I liked everything, We are expected next year :)

It is a 30-minute walk to the shopping center, there is a transport stop nearby, you can get everywhere. As a result, a good combination of price and quality. I didn't regret choosing him. A trip to the MELTEM Hotel in Antalya at the end of May 2024 turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. On the third day of our stay, all the cash was stolen from us, the amount was large. We kept them in the safe at the reception on the ground floor, in the room only when we went to breakfast, and the money never left the hotel. The money disappeared at the hotel. The owners of the hotel did not show any action, reaction or sympathy, claiming that the money could not have disappeared from the safe. Nevertheless, we are 100% sure that it was from there that our cash disappeared. Be careful if you decide to stay at this hotel, they steal there.
