Horror. It took 4 hours. GEL 150 for ultrasound and consultation. The ultrasound technician found my appendix, which was cut out. They found a cyst. The doctor said everything was fine, but you can drink antibiotics and prescribed them. With such success, you can get treatment online.
I went to them in an ambulance with abdominal pain. It costs 300 lari to go to an ambulance (this includes all tests and ultrasound), appendicitis was suspected according to the tests, but to make sure of the diagnosis and not to cut in vain, you still need to do a CT scan (300 lari plus), but if you go to surgery after that, what you paid is deducted from the total cost. I agreed. They did a CT scan, and the diagnosis was confirmed in the worst outcome, gangrenous appendicitis and urgent surgery. An hour later I was already passed out on the operating table.
After 4 days I stayed in the hospital. The only disadvantage of the hospital: the beds do not have nurse call buttons - this is a huge minus. Because after the operation, it is not possible to get out of bed and walk to the toilet on your own, and you will call the nurses (the corridor is long), although they called for them to shout if needed. But I don't want to scream too much, after all, other patients are resting.
In general, everything is cool, especially if you add the nurse call buttons
I am 33 years old, the first experience of going to the hospital in my life. I was very afraid of hospitals and surgeries, to the point of hysteria. But I was supported, comforted and even entertained 🤣
After discharge, she came for an examination and bandages
The total cost of the operation was 2300 GEL.
I am happy with everything
I didn't encounter queues. The surgeon always answered questions and complaints.
The quality and service are like in a rural clinic. The queue at the reception = 30 minutes. The queue for one examination (it does not matter by time or in turn) = 2 hours. When contacting a doctor, have 4-5 hours of free time left.
