It's not a very cool place in terms of comfort. The entrance is through the basement, where there is always a strong smell of cat litter in the warm season... the luggage had to be lifted by ourselves because the elevator often does not work. The room itself is spacious, but very shabby. It 's not safe or comfortable to have windows without bars , and someone knocked a lot at night . The door is very flimsy too. In general, it will do for a couple of days. Of the advantages, many dishes are provided and the location near the metro is convenient.

We lived on the 4th floor. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable! Everything is clean and new, the only thing that disappointed me was the presence of ants, they were literally everywhere, and we didn't eat in the apartment, but they came from somewhere. Except for this nuance, everything was fine.
