I signed up online and arrived without waiting in line. Master Marina did a manicure, the nails are smooth. I am satisfied with the quality and procedure.

I want to warn everyone who is considering a permanent makeup artist Masha in Belgrade. Especially fair—skinned, red-haired, with thin and sensitive skin - she does not know how to work with this type. I've seen this for myself. First, about the eyebrows. I came to her with the permanent I already had. In the process of wearing her work, the color became uneven — this is called inversion. Masha publicly declares that she does not have an inversion, but she does. She suggested a remover because she doesn't have a laser. After the remover, there was a persistent redness that did not go away, although she promised that it would go away. In December, she saw for herself that the unevenness remained, and said that laser flashes were needed, promised to recommend a master and even pay for the procedure. Then she just merged. In January, before I left Belgrade for Moscow, she wrote to stories that she would come to look at her eyebrows, and did not come. I went to Russia, and that was essentially the end of the relationship on her part. In Moscow, I went to the laser — after two flashes, her work together with the remover was inverted again, now I have two gray spots. The laser master refused to continue because the skin condition was bad. Now about the scar on my stomach. I had an old postoperative scar, on which another craftswoman in Belgrade made a bad camouflage — a real partak. Masha undertook not to camouflage, but to bring out this old camouflage with the help of a remouverer. But she did it so deeply and traumatically that a new scar appeared on top of the old postoperative scar, already from her manipulations. She admitted this at a personal meeting, prescribed ointments (I paid for them), but they did not help. As a result, on February 12, 2025, I had an operation to excise a scar from a plastic surgeon in Moscow. The surgeon confirmed that the new scar tissue was formed after Masha's work. The operation cost me 50,000 rubles, plus bandages, a taxi to the other side of Moscow, Band-aids and care. That wasn't part of my plan. What did Masha say in response? That it was my own fault, because I came to her with procedures that had already been done, that there were high risks on the scar, and the sun on my eyebrows (I did leave for a warm country in a month, but the redness and injuries were before the trip). She said she hadn't seen any redness or scarring before I left, which is not true, she saw everything and even promised a laser at her own expense. And now he's writing: "I can't accept responsibility, the matter is closed." The result: after her work, red eyebrows, two gray spots, and a new scar surgery. She evaded the question, referring to the fact that I had already been with "problematic skin." But then why take it on if you can't guarantee the result and you're not responsible for it? I am physically in Moscow, I can no longer visit her in Belgrade, and she takes advantage of this. Be careful.
