The food here is really delicious and I want to come back here just to have a good meal. But maintenance is a complete mess every time. Each. I don't remember where else I've seen such unhappy faces. You greet yourself, you ask for the menu. All through the force. It's like you came to visit their house. I remember the first time we took several sets with us and asked for more sauces several (!) times. And of course, at home it turned out that there was only one micro pack of disposable sauce.

I came especially for the ramen. Cheesy, right on the avenue. The atmosphere is great. Level service. And the ramen would be good if it wasn't for the noodles! The ramen has 2 main ingredients: broth and noodles. The rest is toppings. Noodles: meek, bland, "dry" texture. The waitress listened to everything politely and promised to take it to the kitchen. And thanks for that.

Marumi at Independence 78 wins in this regard (I attach the photo for comparison. the same cocktail). Tea is also disgusting - warm, tasteless water, even after holding it for 10 minutes to brew. And also, for some reason, the waiters are too lazy to tell the cook that the rolls / sashimi that we order for two should be divided into different plates. I love Marumi and this particular restaurant, I would even say that it is among my top 5 best places in the center of Minsk to sit with friends and at the same time have a delicious meal! The location is super, the summer terrace is chic, the food is very varied and delicious. We've been here enough times, we've already tried everything vegetarian on the menu, and I like everything. The next day, the whole family went down with fever, vomiting, diarrhea and a terrible condition for another 5 days. In search of shrimp and customer orientation!!! Recently visited this institution. The table was booked in advance, but upon arrival it turned out that the table was not booked and they chose a place from the available ones. And that was just the beginning! We ordered the dishes. At the stage of ordering one of us, the waiter Alexander wrote down noodles with chicken instead of the desired noodles with shrimp. They corrected it, but doubt has already crept in. Further, the waiting time was indicated as 45 minutes. After 50 minutes, we asked where our dishes were, to which the waiter could not answer. The dishes arrived chaotically and the long-suffering noodles with shrimp had to wait 10 minutes longer after everyone else's orders had already been brought. And here it is... noodles!!! Where are the shrimp???? We searched for shrimps together with the administrator, but the result was not pleasant! The dish was redone. The rest of us were more lucky with the dishes. I note that they were delicious cooked. But this did not end the "professional work" of the staff. The cherry on the cake was the "excellent coffee service" (see photo). The question: "Where is the saucer, spoon and sugar?" was not answered. And even after the remarks to the staff and the administrator of the restaurant about the correct serving of coffee, no one has redone the coffee!!! Apparently, the staff does not receive any training not only on the proper serving of food and drinks, but also about their behavior and customer orientation. But the quality of service is one of the components of the success of the institution and the mistakes of the waiters negatively affect the reputation and image of the institution. It is a pity that the institution, which is located in the city center, treats its guests like this!!!

I just want to note that the waiters are excellent, the guys are very polite and pleasant, they meet you halfway, if something is wrong, they try to fix it. But the questions about the menu, prices and waiting time are, of course, huge 🗿 Masala is a separate big disappointment, in what sense do you have it on the menu, but the recipe with milk is not followed, and you brew it like regular tea, then it's not Masala, but water with spices, well come on....... The waiters tried to meet me halfway and poured milk (for which I paid extra!), but it turned out to be bullshit, to be honest (and it's not their fault, but I really have questions for masala). You have to pay separately for soy sauce, ginger and wasabi, and this is some kind of special kind of wildness in a pan-Asian cuisine establishment, I'm not a goon and, if it's delicious, I'll pay as much as I need, but making the mandatory components of the dish paid is a move and disrespect to the guests. The waiting time in the evening was an hour, fortunately I was in no hurry, but count on it if anything. The waiters, as I said, are super-sweet, cute beautiful boys (I haven't seen any girls), happiness to them, health, good luck, by the way, I'm especially talking about Timofey, well, the groom 👍

We came to the institution from Kazan based on good reviews on the Internet. There is no question about the waiters, but there are huge questions about the kitchen. Rolls are more or less, but I ordered a wok with beef, which was impossible to eat because of the salt. The young man ordered a spicy wok with beef and spent the whole night with poisoning. My request to deduct the wok from the check, which I did not eat and it was impossible to eat, was refused. Allegedly, the cook cooked everything according to the technical card, but I did not receive anything in response to the request to try this dish to the staff itself:) Complete disappointment and very poor customer service management. Thanks for the ruined impressions and concessions. Price-quality is not about Marumi.

The girl's temperature rose to 39 and did not drop below 38.3 for more than a day, I feel better, but also at the peak of 38. I was very sick and had problems with my stool, now, after 3 days, the temperature dropped, but stomach problems also remained. I would like to note that we did not eat in other places in the interim. The vacation experience was ruined, and we were lucky that it all happened on the last day.
