We stayed at this hotel for the holidays from March 7 to March 10, we really liked everything, the hotel is super, the rooms are great, the breakfasts are great, the service is top notch. There is a spa with indoor and outdoor pools, everything is clean. In the evening we played billiards and bowling. The ski room is very comfortable, it has direct access to the lift, and ski pass prices are 2,400 rubles per day. There are a lot of slides for any level of difficulty. The trails are wide, the trails are awesome. There are places to walk, apartments, hotels and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and attentive. We had delicious lunch boxes packed for us at an early check-out. In general, I recommend this hotel and the Gudauri resort, the slides here are among the best.

The Marco Polo Hotel is, I think, one of the best!!! Friendly , attentive , helpful staff . The rooms are cozy and clean. Convenient proximity of the elevator . The location of the hotel offers a quiet, family-friendly, secluded holiday. Inside the hotel you can find places and activities for pleasant leisure. The breakfasts feature a varied selection of dishes. The hotel itself provides equipment rental, as well as within easy reach, directly at the ski lift itself, you will find convenient places to rent with friendly staff!!!!

The hotel cannot be contacted by what's up or any other way available to foreigners, but it would be useful to know when booking that beds can be connected in the twin room and we needed help choosing rooms because we have a large company. Also, the lobby employee with the Ani badge did not give us a bottle of water, although it is provided as a compliment in this five-star hotel. We asked another employee, and he calmly gave it. Overall, the impression is not entirely sad. The rooms are normal, although they are tired, for example, two light bulbs were not burning high. I asked them to change them, and unfortunately they were changed, but they put on cold white light bulbs when the rest of the bulbs were yellow and warm. This is also unpleasant, irritating to the eye. But the breakfast is great! And there were employees in the restaurant who understood Russian, tried to correct some mistakes, and generally worked great. Also, the prices in the restaurant are one and a half times higher than in the neighboring lodge hotel, and not everything was delicious at all. There is very little equipment in the hotel's rental center, so you need to book somewhere else. If you are with young children, please note that the educational slopes in Gudauri are at the top of the slope. And you can only get there by the Goodaura gondola, which departs from upper Gudauri, and you can only get there from Marco Polo by car with a train and equipment. On the other hand, there is night skiing on Fridays and weekends.
