The guys in this cafe have one problem. They forget about the orders.
We have encountered this 2 times. We ordered 2 soups, waited for them for more than 20 minutes. After being reminded, we were told to wait another five and brought soups. There is a suspicion that the order was forgotten. Or maybe they cook borscht for each guest separately?
I understand there are shoals. But today we ordered 2 takeaway pies, we were told to pick them up in an hour and a half. When we arrived, we were "regretfully" informed that they had forgotten about the pies. We left hungry and unhappy, watching the courier with pies for other people.
We weren't even offered a discount on the next order.
The feeling that they are not trying to keep customers.

The worst service you can find! I booked a table for two, we arrived on time, but the waiter/ receptionist with a smile on his face said that a minute before us "another Stepan came in with armor for our time" and they crossed out my reservation. When asked why lie to your face and come up with such excuses, he mumbled something about missmatch. It's a great place. There are tables outside and inside. There are not very many tables. The food is cooked for a long time (from 30 minutes), but they immediately warn about it. We ordered chicken schnitzel (and a separate side dish), the portion is small, but the meat just melts in your mouth. Of the lemonades, there was only lemon mint, which turned out to be very pleasant to the taste.
We also ordered ojahuri, which is just fine, and the portion was large.
The service is pleasant, the waiters speak Russian.

The best breakfasts in 10 days in Georgia- as they used to: scramble with salmon and herbs, on toast with avocado just top! It costs 15 GEL. I really liked the cheesecakes. The coffee is beyond praise. The service is very pleasant! It's a pity that we reached Batumi on the last day.
