had high expectations, but the service at Mandarini was a letdown. Despite having a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes to be seated. The staff was slow, inattentive, and got our orders wrong twice. The food was mediocre, and the overall experience was ruined by the staff's unprofessional and indifferent attitude. I won’t be returning.

We first came to this place on 07/10/2024 and since then, we have been coming here every day. The food makes you fall in love with this place. Very tasty. The service time is very short and we manage to eat even in a hurry.
However, we came here on the evening of 07/13/2024 and sat on the glazed veranda (the far hall from the entrance), a waitress came up to us, who practically did not understand Russian and when we asked about sour cream or garlic sauce, she said that sour cream was not served, and the sauce was water and garlic. (We took sour cream to khinkali every time, so we said so and still, they brought it to us). There was also very loud music that evening, but that's why we sat in the back hall, where it didn't bother us. The saddest thing that day was that the youngest child waited more than an hour for his order, there was only a chicken kebab and, apparently, during this time the chicken was raised for us personally.
Maybe if it was our first time, we wouldn't have come anymore. But since we had already come here before, we just continued to sit at the table where we always eat and where the waiters understand what we want.
We continue to come here every day and even today (07/15/2024) we had lunch here.

Pros: comfortable restroom, lots of cubicles
Cons: not friendly staff; potatoes with lumps, fish of medium scab; khachapuri for 3 points, ate many times tastier!
I advise you more on the left side of the entrance there is a pastry shop and there are amazing pastries, especially buns with nutella (the best investment is 2 GEL) and on the right side there is an amazing wine shop and excellent employees!

If you want a sensible and adequate service, then this place will not suit you.
Of the cons: they ordered khinkali, asked the waitress in advance about the sharpness, warned that children would eat, received confirmation that khinkali was not spicy, as a result they received spicy khinkali. The white wine was brought warm, they asked for ice to cool, the waitress replied that there was no ice, I had to go to the bar on my own to arrange with the bartender for ice. When serving the dish, the waitress broke a wine glass with a plate, tried to pour wine from a broken glass into another with fragments.

I've never seen such a poor service. I asked for soup to take away, I was told there was such an opportunity. BUT TAKEAWAY SOUPS ARE SERVED IN SPECIAL CONTAINERS, IDIOTS! The administration has nothing to offer in return. They're just yelling at the customer. (Although the customer is always right). I found my soup in the bag as a result. Since the container was not intended for soup. (This is warned in advance) all that the service has done (idiots!) WE POURED THE SOUP FROM THE BAG INTO THE CONTAINER!
In general, I do not advise everyone. Judging by this attitude towards customers, it is not known how they cook there in the kitchen and under what conditions.

Very tasty. Khinkali are awesome.everything is delicious. Evenings are fun. Lots of space. In the centre. But! one of the days the girl served was not at all friendly, even rude. And even before that, I ate 4 khinkali and eggplant a day. On the trail.the day asked again for 4 pieces and a salad, but the girl said 4 is not allowed, only five is a portion. But in the menu, the price is per piece, not per serving. And there was a sharpness in service. I don't know the reason, there are suggestions due to the fact that they spoke Russian. But I'm not sure. I didn't show it, but it was a shame. When you are polite and friendly, and in response such an attitude that you are not welcome at all.

Отличное обслуживание запятая. Хорошие цены. Отдохнули с семьёй. Кушаю шашлык. Хачапури. Пицца. Пиво, лимонад. Потратили около 100 лар.
Еще попали на день рождение, весело, живая музыка, ходили несколько раз за отпуск.
В Кобулети, не там много мест хороших, так что, советую посетить.

В "Мандарини" была с подругой в начале августа - огромный неуютный зал, как в заводской столовой, ещё и без кондиционирования.
Сели за столик поближе к вентилятору, иначе не выжить))
Официанты обслуживают быстро, но с уборкой столиков особо не заморачиваются, сметают крошки и мусор со стола прямо на пол🤦
Общались с ними на прикольном русско-английско-грузинском языке, но, что интересно, понимали друг друга))
Из плюсов - порции большие и приготовлено было все вкусно!
Чек средний среди заведений общепита ккрорта, но за эти деньги в Кобулети можно найти места и посимпатичнее!

Очень большая территория, но в жару душно. Надо выбирать место рядом с вентилятором. Порции большие. Вкусные хинкали, но слишком много теста в них. В курином супе очень много мяса. Чаевые включены в счет. Суп и 5 хинкали 25 лари. Дороговато

Были в кафе 05.09.2023, заказали хинкали и фасоль в горшочке. Фасоль принесли очень быстро, но, она оказалось оооочень соленая и перченая, просто жесть. Администратор предложил заменить на салат из баклажанов и перцев. К великому сожалению баклажаны оказались горькие и перец пережаренный. Администратор и повар выпучив глаза доказывали, что всем нравится.
Хинкали вкусные, и приготовили быстро. Кондиционера нет, стоят вентиляторы и те не везде, официанты очень отстранённым и их буквально надо ловить.
Не рекомендую заказывать фасоль и солдат из баклажанов.

Мы сели за другой стол и выбирали, что поесть, но долго ждали официанта, позвали другого, сказала, что этот стол она не обслуживает, обратились к другому официанту, сказала тот же ответ, подождали еще несколько минут, и когда наш официант так и не появился, мы в гневе покинули ресторан.

Постоянно заказывали еду в этом кафе на вынос на протяжении долгого времени. Очень вкусное оджахури, картошка и специи - топ, а мясо было суховато иногда. Самый вкусный остри в Кобулети, брали во многих местах, есть с чем сравнить. А также кебаб и лобио выше всяких похвал. Готовят очень быстро, буквально 10-15 мин. Официанты очень внимательны и отзывчивы. Спасибо вам, будем скучать.

Порции большие. Фри точно на двоих, Цезарь на двоих, троих. Не понравилось что хинкали в разные дни могут быть то острыми, то не очень острыми. И заранее не узнаешь, официант сказала что минимум 5 штук на заказ, взрослому то терпимо, а вот ребенку может и не подойти.

Шашлык показался суховат, но хинкали и хачапури достаточно вкусные. Есть вайфай и чистые уборные. Нормальное место перекусить
