A delicious and atmospheric restaurant with national cuisine. There are few Russian dishes like borscht, cutlets, and dumplings. The Peking duck is very tasty, it comes with broth. The portions are very large. Half a duck per eye is enough for three people. Half-liter soups. If the account is over 300¥, they give you a coupon for 100¥ for the next visit. Maxim's restaurant is that rare case when the word "generous" is not a figure of speech. We ordered a whole Peking duck, and they actually brought us a whole duck. Large, with crispy skin, neatly sliced, with the right balance of fat and meat. There is a huge bowl of rich soup, a mountain of pancakes, sauces without economy, fresh herbs, not tired. Four adults tried honestly, but they still couldn't do it. The portion is designed not for a tick in the menu, but for a real holiday. A separate touch is a large pot of local tea, which was served free of charge. Not a formality, but delicious, fragrant, brewed for real. The service is fast, the kitchen works clearly, without fuss. Taste is without compromise. This is a place where people go not to "try," but to eat, warm up, and come out feeling like they've been taken care of.
