Thanks to the staff for their attentive and friendly attitude. Special thanks to the Zhumagul administrator and the doctor who conducted the study. Our guests from another country underwent MRI of the knee and hip joints, and were pleasantly surprised by the sensitivity, patience and professionalism of the staff. Before writing it down, I consulted several times. I signed up for an MRI scan of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, and they recorded it at a discount. When asked if the MRI of each department can be recorded on a separate disc, "yes, of course you can, tell me at the center." As it turned out in fact, it is impossible. I agreed to pay the full cost, they said it was possible, but if I went through two departments on the day I arrived, and the third department on another day. I expected to complete everything in one day. When asked why the Call Center does not provide the correct information, the answer is "they do not know all the details," so maybe the Call Center staff should be taught so that there would be no more such misunderstandings.
