You will go "far" with such a facer at the entrance! Instead of saying that "unfortunately, you do not come into our institution" and we would calmly go on to rest. A female facer decided to come up with an excuse "everything is busy" "come back in half an hour" AND THE COOLEST THING is "who told you that our place is the best?! No, just the usual."
Well, if your staff thinks that you are an ordinary eatery = a hole, thank you for not letting me in there! I don't want to waste time and money! You can close up, hahahaha!!!

A nice cocktail bar, but wildly smoky.
The concept of the establishment: whiskey and cigars.
There's not much to eat.
The "wardrobe" is open, saturated with all the aromas of smoke, plus it takes up to 10 minutes to find it.
The bar has a capacity limit, but people continue to be let in, which causes a crush, problems with wardrobe, orders and an abundance of smokers.
