The way the staff treated us was very poor. I came with my husband, I’ve been once before, he has never been. He made a reservation in which the lady he spoke to on the phone had stated there was a deposit fee of 10,000 rubles if we wanted to sit at a table longer than 2 hours. He asked her if there was an option to decide after the 2 hour mark, whether we wanted to further extend our evening and pay the deposit fee or finish our dinner and make our way out. She said that was fine. Upon arrival we were drilled by the hostess concerning the fee, we stated we were aware and she had sat us at a table. 15 minutes went by and no one had come up to us to take our order. Then a young man came up without introduction of any kind asking us if we’re were going to pay card or cash. We were both confused and frustrated explaining that upon sitting down 15 minutes ago had not been greeted by anyone. He stated we needed to pay the deposit up front (we were told otherwise on the phone.) The individual then started laughing. We calmly got up and left. I had never had a worse experience with dining in my life. Safe to say after this visit, I will not be returning. Policy’s are in place for a reason, but the delivery from the staff was highly unprofessional and unpleasant.
