We went into a pastry shop, took a honey cake and eclairs. I'm disappointed about the honey cake. The cakes turned out to be completely dry, there was not even a smell of any honey, let alone a taste. The layer is probably protein cream (whites with sugar and lemon), but we were hoping for sour cream, which combines much better with honey and makes the cakes softer. As a result, it's dry and tasteless. Eclairs are standard, the custard filling is the same everywhere. The dough is dry, I would even say overdried. For me, as an eclairman, it's just killer. The sweetness is very good, everything is in moderation. But something has to be done about the test. Only pistachio stood out from the whole company: the dough was thinner, and the nuts pleasantly varied the taste.

We happened to walk through the streets. The appearance of the products was attractive - very beautiful and, of course, the price. The pieces are large-almost mini-cakes, soaked in protein cream, moderately sweet, the cakes are the most delicate. I especially liked the coffee with walnuts and meringue. I didn't have time to take a photo. I recommend.
