Staff is very rude. My Russian is not good and was trying to communicate with the waiter, and he suddenly started speaking in Russian in a bad manner and left. Didn't come back to take my order. After I walked to another waiter and he took my order. But anyway, food is average but pricey. A bit overpriced. View is good. but I am not considering to visit again.

The restaurant is located in a convenient location. There is a beautiful view from there. Nutrition- a variety of meat dishes, fish and vegetables. The staff is helpful and friendly. When boarding at 50%, the wait was no more than 15 minutes. The interior is not intricate, but it comfortably accommodates couples and companies of more than 4 people)) We were in the spring and there were drops from the ceiling in some places!!!

Beautiful mountain views, a cozy restaurant room, but that's it. The food is mediocre and doesn't match the photos on the menu at all. We ordered burgers and expected to get burgers, but they brought us something like a sandwich in a bagel bun, not a patty inside, but some kind of thin piece of dried hard meat, a slice of tomato and a limp lettuce leaf. The burgers were also cold. It tastes bad. We were told that the usual burger buns were out, and the burgers we ordered were also out, so they brought us what we had. No one asked for our opinion or warned us in advance. It was disappointing - we were after a long walk and very hungry.

Beautiful views and a big plus is that the hotel is located at the middle ski station. When you get out, you're already on the highway. But the rooms themselves are rather poorly equipped. There are 4 clothes hooks in the double room, a pair of stumps instead of bedside tables, a bed and armchairs. And this is not enough for those who have come to snowboard or ski. You need at least a chest of drawers or some kind of closet. In the bathroom, everything is kept on snot, the drain is clogged and the water from the shower leaves only in 2-3 hours.

I recently went to Le Mont restaurant and was absolutely delighted! Top-level service: the staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is simply delicious: everything is fresh and fragrant, especially the lamb shish kebab — juicy and tender. The atmosphere is cozy and conducive to a relaxing stay. I will definitely come again!

We only took mulled wine here, it was very tasty. A little secret: take it "with you", pour 2 times more😉 A couple was sitting next to me, and they praised the tom yam, spicy with oysters. A DJ was playing, I recommend sitting on the terrace with a great view!

Excellent restaurant on the mountain at the Medeu sports complex. If you're lucky with the weather, you'll be sitting surrounded by mountains on a gorgeous observation deck above the clouds. In the evening, there is a great view of Almaty at night. The kitchen is great. The staff is polite. I recommend it to everyone.

They can't handle the visitors. The place is expensive, but chronically clueless. At first, they waited, asked the receptionist Dinara to send a waiter, and reminded the staff several more times. We sat there for an hour and no one even came up. The same thing was happening around us-we weren't the only ones. Previously, there was about the same stupid institution in their place, changing the name and owner did not help. After all, it's hard to guess that there will be a little more people than usual during the New Year holidays. And the money doesn't seem to be needed anymore.

A very cozy restaurant with beautiful views and an outdoor terrace. Responsive and attentive staff, pleasant to communicate with, prompt on food and drinks. The food is delicious, especially the horse meat steak! Desserts are just a bomb! Sometimes there are aperol promotions or huntsmen, they give out gifts, we got points, we are very satisfied! We skated for 5 days, had lunch here all the time. It's a place you want to return to!👍🏻

Well, never mind the restaurant. The prices are not too high due to the fact that ln is on the mountain. Adequate ones. But I don't recommend a burger with cheeks and a hot dog. It's not delicious. The burger is all leaking and unbalanced with ingredients. The sauce is not tasty and does not suit the cheeks, the salad is generally superfluous.. everything falls out, flows and the cucumber is not felt. The hot dog is oversaturated due to an overabundance of French fries and a tough thin sausage. It does not contain any sauce or cucumbers.... in short, so-so. Breakfasts are expensive now for this money. Something called an English breakfast is not even a semblance, but like an airplane to the moon..... and again, the sausages are clearly unsuccessful.
