Great hotel!!! The location is very convenient. Practically in the city center. The rooms are large and comfortable. Even the curtains open on their own when entering the room, and music plays when taking a shower. The plumbing is all new. There are washing facilities. The breakfasts are quite varied and delicious. The staff is polite. I only want to recommend that our tourists take an adapter for sockets with them. Although, if you don't take them, you can take them to the reception with a deposit of 30 yuan, which is refunded upon eviction.

The hotel itself is well located: near the night market, pedestrian street, Huafu, a bunch of cafes where you can eat and the Amur embankment literally 10-15 minutes on foot. The room is nice, large air conditioning, cleaning and replenishing of toiletries every day (toothpaste and brush, comb, shower cap and a set with cotton swabs and discs), towels and slippers are disposable daily. There were also 4 bottles of water (2 per person), a refrigerator, a kettle, two mugs and 2 tea bags (black and green, refilled daily. These are the advantages. On the downside: you won't watch much TV, there are no Russian channels (they said it's like that everywhere in Heihe), you need an adapter for sockets, you can get it at the reception for a deposit of 30 yuan or buy it yourself in a store for 5; there is not a single hook in the bathroom to hang things or a towel, there is Wi-Fi, but it didn't work out with the Internet, it was constantly missing and the speed was low. The girls at the reception said it was supposedly because we had Samsung phones. And most importantly, the breakfasts are very mediocre, you won't stay hungry, but I would like it better.

Lovely hotel, lovely, friendly staff. I liked the room, it was clean, there is everything you need, stocks were replenished every day. Special thanks for the early check-in, we arrived at 7:00, checked in immediately without any questions. It's very valuable. The location is the most convenient, everything is nearby. I was pleased with the lavender merch, and it was good as a gift, and we were pleased with ourselves)), we were given a little surprise (hand cream) at the check-out. We visited in April 2026.
