Today I bought paparati-kvetka cutlets. Rancid ones are just awful, how many times the butter has been fried and overcooked. I don't even know how much minced chicken is inside, there is a large amount of loaf. And the price, for a minute, is almost 34 rubles per kilogram! Not only is it so high compared to the average price in the city, but there are also bitter bread cutlets for such money. I'm thinking of taking the second one to the sanitation department, checking the meat content and what this meat product is fried on.
