Secondly, the staff is excellent, there is a wonderful man working there, with a large build- blond. Unfortunately, I didn't ask his name. He knows the menu by heart, knows what the dishes consist of, how they are prepared, remembers the dishes that you ordered, and brings them exactly to the one who ordered.
Always answers the question honestly. And when you take food with you, he will say, "Here's your little one." There would be more such workers (and people in general).
Also in the summer, it's very cool there, on hot days it's the best place to sit.
I was with my parents at this place, my dad noticed homemade kvass (by the way, they make it themselves, it is not purchased) and a fillet with gratin (this is the most expensive and most delicious dish in this institution)
To say that he was in the 7th heaven of happiness is to say nothing.
I liked tartar the most with the unusual addition of wild cherry instead of capers. Unfortunately, now I can't eat tartar anywhere else....
In general, I recommend this institution to everyone.

Many thanks to Arthur, our waiter. It was the last lunch in the city and in a week and a half of my stay I did not see such a service that was here. We were presented with all the dishes as much as possible, although we had tried a lot before, but here it was divine. The burger is a masterpiece of the most delicate pancakes and juicy cutlets. A wonderful atmospheric place. It is located on the street.Karl Max, Gorky Park nearby. Polite waiters, excellent service. A varied menu. We really liked the snacks in the form of eggplant rolls and a cheese plate. Incomparable dumplings with cherries and cheesecakes. A cozy summer veranda. I definitely recommend it. We couldn't have dinner on Saturday due to heavy workload, so I recommend booking tables in advance, at least the day before.

Sorrel cream soup tastes as good as it looks. The draniki tasting set confirms the reputation of the institution. The pancakes are not greasy and at the same time very juicy. The additives are delicious and perfectly cooked. Wizards with mushroom gravy just melt in your mouth.
Lemonade with birch juice is bright and refreshing. The perfect harmony of taste.
There is one "drawback" - the portions are very large. There is no physical possibility to finish everything. I advise you to take several dishes and share. Then you will be able to try the maximum.

I really enjoyed visiting this place!
The food is delicious, the tinctures are good, mojito and mors flew in the heat just for pleasure

Everything was very tasty (we also visited other establishments with a rating of "5", but alas, either we were unlucky, or they all fell short)
We didn't book a table on a weekday, but there was a place for us, all the staff are polite and hospitable
The hall was clean and tidy, and Kondey worked well. The waiters do not record the order, but remember it (this was very surprising)
The portions are good, I also liked that the staff warn that the order may turn out to be more than the guest can taste.

We have been here 5 times during our stay in Minsk. I really liked the cuisine and the atmosphere of the restaurant, both inside and on the terrace. Polite waiters, a very nice receptionist. It was easy to book a table, there were never any problems. The prices are acceptable, and the portions are really large. A place where you want to return.
