We chose this option because we traveled with a dog, so our option was a cozy bungalow with all the amenities, no worse than a high-quality hotel room. 2 heaters, air conditioning, tea set, bathrobes - it was an island of salvation during the incessant week-long rain. Very nice, pleasant people, these are the hosts. With what care and comfort we lived here. I would have come back here more than once. The territory is incredibly beautiful, the smell of flowers, everything is surrounded by plants, figs and palm trees grow. We lived in a cottage, we really liked it. There is a private area in front of the house with a table and a cocoon, from which you do not want to climb out. The house is very clean, there is everything you need, a cool shower, hot water is always available. They offer cleaning, replacement of towels and linen without any problems. The location is as convenient as possible, 5 minutes walk to the sea, there are a lot of food outlets, grocery stores, pharmacies along the way. We went to eat at the Dynasty cafe and the Turkish cuisine restaurant Chegem, it was very tasty there. The newly equipped Boho beach is not far away. Near the market, shopping center, 15-20min walk to the city center. If you go on an excursion, you will have a very convenient gathering point near the Veranda cafe, it is 1 minute how to leave the house, very convenient. We liked everything, 10 out of 10, I recommend it.

We had a vacation in September 2026, lived for 5 days in a detached bungalow and 5 days in a room on the 2nd floor. I will not write about the advantages of this location, they are in other reviews, everything is consistent. I will describe the differences between a bungalow and a room in the main building. There are 6 bungalows on the territory, 2 of them are visible in all photos, they are located in such a way that all guests pass by them. The curtains have to be kept always closed, as there is no privacy. Other bungalows are much more private. There are no windows opening in the bungalow, only the door, so you can't sleep with the window open, only the air conditioner. The rooms have a door and a window with an anti-mosquito net. There are mosquitoes, we need a fumigator. The bungalow has its own kettle, while staying in a room in the main building, you need to go to the communal kitchen for hot water, which is located on the second floor of a detached building. There are no bedside tables in the room, only a small dressing table by the mirror, unlike the bungalow, which has a coffee table in addition to bedside tables. It is more convenient to arrange personal belongings (not clothes) in a bungalow, there is not enough space for them in the room. Wardrobes are provided everywhere for clothes, part of which is occupied by a refrigerator. Smokes, long dresses can't be hung, 5-6 hangers. A common gazebo: they smoke in it, sometimes have breakfast and dinner, or just gather to sit in the evening, located at the entrance to the main rooms on the first floor, it can be noisier there, especially in the evenings. About the dog: if you are afraid, dislike or are squeamish towards dogs, then this is not your option, the dog is the mistress here and she is everywhere, except for the room if you do not invite her. The hair dryer in the room and in the bungalow are good, there are enough outlets, there is a place to dry wet towels after the sea, you can use a washing machine for an additional fee and an ironing board with an iron. Due to the fact that I had to move from a bungalow to a room, I can say that the fact of poorly done work during check-in is not a single one, the rooms are poorly cleaned, which was not announced personally to the hostess: dirty and sticky surfaces of the bedside tables during check-in, dust on the bedside sconces thickly, in general, the rooms were not ready to receive guests. Due to the fact that our friends lived in the next room, I concluded that our room was underfitted with bathrobes, disposable slippers and toothbrushes, and a rug. All these are small things, but not pleasant. Doesn't she have time for anything? but she has time to sit, drink coffee and chat. I hope conclusions will be drawn about the employee. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk slowly to the sea from the location, along the way there are all the necessary shops (groceries, pharmacy, goods for staying at sea, household goods, tobacco), canteen-type cafes and coffee restaurants, a variety of pastries, tents with fruits and drinks, meat and vegetables on coals (everything is fresh and tasty) There is also a central market nearby (food, clothes, souvenirs). I really liked the restaurant on the way to Lake Ritsa, with a glass bridge, the quality of food and service is excellent, we recommend it, I want to return there. We specially chose a separate house so that we could see as few people as possible on vacation, but this cottage is not about that, we were filmed, as we were told, the luxury cottage is large, but in fact very small and in general the territory is tiny in the photo looks solid, but in nature it is very small. Yes, the children of other vacationers did not give rest, it will not be possible to sit quietly in the evening at their house. The bathroom is terribly damp and there is a separate shared kitchen, there are a lot of people, there are not enough pots and pans and there is a problem with cleanliness. The dog is good, not evil, of course, for those people who do not like animals, this is a problem. As for the beach, which is nearby, it's something, garbage dumps, concrete slabs with rusty fittings in the sea, too, some thrown things, like old batteries, one trip there was enough, we went to the beach in old Gagra at the colonnade very well and there are few people. In general, Abkhazia is a very specific republic, cleanliness and comfort, this is not about it.
