Pros: within walking distance of the metro station, the central fountain square where we found a wonderful guide Abo, a market with magnificent cherries (in July). Balcony, air conditioning. The staff is excellent. Nearby there is a grocery store, a pharmacy, a Russian stand-up club. The area where you will see everything from slums and a scoop to new buildings. Crime 0. It is safe in Yerevan at any time of the day.
Cons: a hotel bathrobe with 2 holes. The water in the pool is cold, despite July. Breakfasts with constantly half-baked potatoes, terribly salty cheese, but with a good omelet.
We liked it. Normal breakfasts. It is very convenient that there is a swimming pool. By the way, it is cleaned every morning and the water is really clean and transparent. There is a market in five minutes. The staff is polite. The mattresses and pillows are super comfortable. There is air conditioning in the room, refrigerator, bathrobes, slippers and all that. There is an ironing board and an iron on the floor. The rooms have carpeted floors. There were no smells. I would like to come to this hotel again.) I recommend.
The hotel is nice at first glance, the rooms are spacious, cleaning every day. The staff is polite and helpful. but!!! THERE IS A HUGE NOOOO!!! The music coming from the top floor is just a nightmare!!! Returning from an 8-10 hour tour, the desire to relax turns into a nightmare! You have to listen to the party until 23:00! And no one is interested in waking up at 6-7 am the next day! When asked to turn down the volume, the administration politely promises that they will turn down the volume, but in the end nothing happens and you find yourself hostage to this "slotting". As a result, I want to say that if your choice is excursions and knowledge of the history of this great country, then this is not your hotel!
Great hotel, great view of the mountains. The room has everything you need. Excellent staff. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied!!! It is located in the center of Yerevan. Everything is nearby!!!
A good inexpensive hotel. It is located only rather strangely - in the middle of residential development, and it is not very pleasant to return there on foot at night. But if you consider that a taxi in Yerevan costs a penny, then you don't have to bother. Well, it's worth closing the curtains more tightly, because the windows look exactly into the windows of the neighboring apartment building) such a thing.
The room was good, everything was of high quality, clean. The service is polite, they will help, explain, translate. Russian, English - no problem.
The restaurant is on the top floor, with a panoramic view of the city from the terrace. The breakfasts were plus or minus ok, the rest of the time we ate in other places, so I won't say anything about the menu.
There is a nice bar on the ground floor and even a swimming pool. I was there in the winter, so I couldn't appreciate the last one))
In general, it's a great place for your money. I recommend.
I stayed at this hotel for a week.Very beautiful, clean and well maintained!!! The staff is at the highest level!!! We are always ready to help, very responsive and friendly!!!! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!!!

We stayed at this hotel from September 17 to September 23, 2023. The hotel left a very pleasant impression of our stay in Yerevan.Advantageous location, within walking distance of many attractions of the city. The children especially liked the pool in the hotel, the weather allowed them to swim in it and sunbathe on the sun loungers. The breakfasts were very tasty:sausages, fried bacon, eggs, omelet, can, at your request, cook scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruits, breakfast cereals with milk, fermented milk national dishes, several types of jam from different berries and fruits, watermelons, peaches, apples, pears. The pastries were croissants, a sponge cake with poppy seeds and rolls with raisins. And very delicious coffee! As for room cleaning, I would like it to be more thorough, you need to vacuum the room every day, because there is a lot of dust from the house being built next to it.The
bathroom had everything you needed, changing towels daily. Thanks to the staff for their responsiveness and help!
Nice 4-star hotel with an outdoor swimming pool. Nearby is a large market with a curious name for a Muscovite GUM. To the city center on foot 20 minutes, to the flea market "Vernissage" - 10 minutes. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts in the restaurant on the 8th floor. The restaurant has a balcony with views of Ararat and Aragats. In the warmer months, you can have breakfast on the balcony. The floor of the balcony is transparent, the pool on the ground floor is visible below
I really liked the hotel. I lived on the 2nd floor, the Windows faced the street opposite. Everything is very clean and tidy. There is a large bed, a blanket in the closet, bathrobes, and a safe. On the table there is a tea set, water bottles, glasses and the kettle itself. Refrigerator, TV. In the shower: a toothbrush with toothpaste, cotton swabs with a disc, even a shaving machine, gels, soap, shampoo, slippers.
The restaurant where the breakfasts were held was on the 8th floor. It is very beautifully decorated! The transparent floor on the veranda and from it a direct view of the pool. The food is quite tasty and varied. I lived for 5 days and every day there were different hot dishes. There is an iron with an ironing board on almost every floor.
The staff is helpful. friendly. They helped me sign up for the Noah factory and called a taxi.
I swam in the pool 1 time, because there was no time. In the locker room there are lockers with a key, towels, slippers, shower, toilet.
Near the hotel there is a GUM market where you can buy vegetables, fruits, nuts, etc. Tashir shopping center is also nearby. If you go straight in that direction, there will be larger shopping malls, and then Republic Square and the wonderful Vernissage market.
I recommend the hotel to all guests. The photos didn't load.
This hotel hosts parties using heavy musical equipment every day until 23.00. It is audible in all rooms and on all floors. It is impossible to stay in the room due to vibration noise. If you plan to relax in the evenings, then do not choose this hotel. The hotel administration does not give a damn if you are tired. The music will be playing until 23.00. Mostly foreign tourists who disappeared to the hotel by accident due to reservations from the tour operator live. The hosts are confident in the flow of tourists, so they mock the guests as they want. I will not repeat about all the other disadvantages, this so-called hotel does not correspond to any stars
The hotel itself is very nice. Everything is stylish, clean, and beautiful. There are friendly girls at the reception. But! For three days of living here, there was silence for only one night! On the other two days, parties were held at the top of the hotel, where breakfast is actually held afterwards. The sound of dancing overhead, music that can be heard throughout the 4 floors. And the parties end at 10-11 pm. You come like this after an excursion, maybe you have a headache or something, but you just want to relax, but you listen to this tin to the end and no one can do anything, because they paid! Do parties downstairs, where the pool, the restaurant, the audibility will be less in the rooms!
There was a terrible situation with one of the staff representatives, namely the guard, who accused me of lying and forced me to pay some kind of "far-fetched" fine. Also, he humiliated me in front of a girl and yelled at me. I ask the management to conduct educational work with the guards and teach them the culture of service and human communication
Excellent hotel, very spacious rooms, there are rooms with a view of Ararat, there is an elevator.
we only had breakfast, but everything was fresh and delicious, and you could also order coffee for every taste.
A good place to stay. There is a small swimming pool and a lobby bar in the basement there is a tasting room and on the eighth floor there is a small restaurant with a beautiful view of the city. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, sets for tourists. Polite and friendly staff.
The hotel itself is nice, clean, well cleaned. There is a great pool, there are sun beds, you can take food from the restaurant. There is an underground parking and parking spaces next to the hotel entrance.
Attentive bartenders.
Minuses:
- The restaurant. A relatively meager breakfast, at 4 * you expect more. The food on the menu is probably 4 with a minus..
- There are no cafes or restaurants nearby. In any case, Yandex and Google do not determine. We found a great cafe 10 minutes on foot (see my reviews);
The unwillingness of the administration to solve problems:
- We booked a suite through the Island, paid for it. Upon arrival, they provided the standard, saying ‘we don't know anything, this is how it is displayed in our system'. After the outrage, the hotel staff said that the suite was occupied, but they could provide a ‘junior suite’ - with the same view, one floor below. But for some reason, they allegedly began to prepare a room with a view of the slums… We had to fight again.. as a result, we were given a junior suite with a view of the pool and the city. At the same time, at the very beginning of the problem, they said that they were solving the issue with the suite.
We had an early arrival (we arrived at 6-00, they told us there were no rooms, go for a walk), we agreed that it would be possible to check in by 12, then allegedly one room was prepared for us, then another, as a result, in their opinion, we ourselves are to blame for not taking what they give and in general, like they have time check-in 15 (14 are indicated on the website and in the reservation)…
Great hotel! The room has everything you need, the restaurant is super - delicious breakfasts, the menu is varied:dishes of both local and international cuisine. A beautiful recreation area with a swimming pool, it's a pleasure to sit with a cocktail in the evening 👌
The only small thing is not very close to the center. I got lost several times before I found the right way 😊
Awesome hotel in Yerevan. Clear. It was spacious, the view from the balcony was gorgeous on Ararat. Delicious breakfasts. I recommend it for holidays in Armenia.
Excellent, wonderful staff , very tasty cuisine . Magnificent views

It 's just a bomb hotel . I flew to Paris and Rome, stayed there when there was a transfer. Very comfortable beds , I slept 100 percent 👍large pleasant rooms . There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room . Located in the city center , and the breakfast is above all praise - pancakes with chicken I will never forget
The location may be frustrating, but believe me, it's a mistake. There is a super-colorful market nearby, a 20-minute walk to the center with a calm step, and this is also good, you will be slimmer.
The rooms are large, the cleaning is excellent (but don't forget to put up a sign).
The staff is helpful, we were allowed to leave an hour later without any additional charges.
The breakfasts are delicious, but monotonous. Date jam is top.
The coffee at the bar is excellent.
The restaurant upstairs has a great glass floor, a wonderful attraction in itself.
4-ka - only because, as of March 23, there is a construction site next to the hotel. They don't make much noise, but I think it's necessary to indicate this.
And on the other hand, it's no good to sit in a hotel - go for a walk, this is Yerevan🤗
A pleasant place, clean rooms, good atmosphere, delicious, varied breakfast. The glass balcony of the restaurant won my heart, you are standing, and there is an abyss under you with a swimming pool) The staff is responsive. In a word, thanks!
A good hotel to stay in. Convenient parking. Clean rooms. Delicious and varied breakfast. I really liked it. Thanks to the host and staff for their hospitality.
In fact, the hotel is not bad, good room, excellent breakfast, staff. But upon arrival, we did not have enough rooms, the manager called offered another hotel for the night. I had to go to another hotel, which was not very pleasant after a day on the road. But everything was resolved well.
Near the market, supermarkets, a good cafe a little further away.
Excellent value for money / quality of service. A relatively new small hotel, which is not inferior in service to well-known chain hotels.
The rooftop restaurant with a transparent floor terrace is the highlight of this hotel. I recommend it!
Terrible experience at the hotel:
1. We booked a room specially with a bathroom, arrived, but the room with a bathroom was occupied. The administrator, Alexander, promised to personally move us to a room with a bathroom in the evening. In the evening, Alexander silently left, the reception refused to help us. The next day, Alexander childishly avoided us and did not even apologize.
2. We booked a Deluxe room, we were given a family room with beds pushed together and a folding chair.
3. There is construction debris on one of the balconies in the room.
4. It is extremely stuffy at breakfast in the restaurant, for some reason the air conditioner was not turned on.
5. The vaunted "pool view" also includes a view of the terrible ruins around — very ridiculous. When you lie on a sunbed, you can see panel houses as if there is an apocalypse around.
6. Shockingly tasteless interior in the room.
7. The phone in the bathroom is hanging broken — wires are sticking out. One of the lights above the bed is broken. There is no space for passage between the wardrobe and the bed.
8. At the exit, we were asked to pay, although we had already paid for the room in cash.
Conveniently located (but there are rooms with a view of the construction site) good rooms. Excellent breakfasts. The staff is polite, but the maids may not report small things (for example, bathrobes, a comb) it's not that important, but it's better to say right away that you don't have any robes, so that they don't think that you stole them. I recommend this hotel.
There was a snag at the booking stage (the reservation was moved out for one day due to technical problems): the administrator solved this case at 5 a.m. (offered several solutions, chose one of them). Breakfast was provided free of charge, checked in before 12.
The pool is taken care of every day. It is very convenient to order drinks and food from the bar (prices are lower than average than in Yerevan).
Pleasant music is playing, the deck chairs are clean. There are two changing rooms for guests to comfortably move between the pool and the hotel area.
The territory inside is cleaned, the territory is constantly monitored.
The breakfast is excellent and balanced. The view opens onto Yerevan (not the best part), Ararat is hidden behind a new building. We got into the season when the hotel or residential complex was being completed.
The room is cozy, clean and spacious. The air conditioner is new, the bathroom was clean and dry
We booked this hotel for the May holidays, arrived to check in, the guy at the reception says I have it written that you will check in tomorrow, but not today, shows a screenshot from the booking that we have a reservation for the current day. The guy says wait, I'll check again while we were waiting right there in 5 minutes in the booking, we change the date itself to another date, then the guy at the reception said he could pick up a hotel for us and offered one of the worst options, as a result, upset, we found another hotel ourselves, which turned out to be much better than the Cognac hotel. The sediment has passed, as everything that does not happen for the best, we were glad to see the beautiful Ani Plaza hotel :)
It's a little worn, but against the general background it's not the worst option. The air conditioner was noisy, but it worked, the pool furniture had holes in places, but that's also bullshit. Breakfasts are not bad, but fruits could be more ripe). Native compatriots were drinking and making noise half the night, periodically slamming doors, but this is not the fault of the hotel. In general, by Yerevan standards, I recommend it.
The quality of the hotel in the reviews is highly overrated.
- the hotel is located inside a residential area, near construction sites, garages, vacant lots
- the price is too high for such a level of service (for the same money you can live in the city center or in a Radisson)
- breakfasts are very poor, if you can take them without them - take them, there are many cafes in the center with delicious and inexpensive breakfasts
- hard mattresses, synthetic pillows, dusty carpets on the floor 🥸
+ there is a swimming pool, but due to the combination of merits, I did not test it.
We checked into the hotel. .. The room turned out to be like a matchbox! There were three of us adults, and the room had 2 beds and a folding chair! At the same time, there were more available rooms. The hotel was almost empty.
I liked everything very much: the place, the service, the interiors, the attitude of the staff, the food. A delicious cafe on the roof with an observation deck and a view of a part of Yerevan and Ararat is in general!
The booking in the booking was for some dates, the hotel turned out to be for others. We came to settle in, there is nowhere to live, no one cares about what is happening. We promised that the manager would figure it out, the manager walks past us for an hour and ignores us. No apologies, nothing. We've been sitting in the lobby for more than an hour, they don't even look at us, and they don't explain what to do.
The service is below the baseboard
A very decent hotel, good service, high-level staff attention. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, each room has a balcony, especially important for smokers. There was a prepaid dinner at the hotel, it's just unrealistic to eat everything alone, very large portions and the food is delicious. I recommend the hotel.
Be careful, you can simply be evicted from the hotel at any time. We booked the hotel for a week, and extended it on the spot for another week. When the day of the second week came, we were asked to leave within two hours without really explaining anything. It's just a mess between the staff and now you're on the street without a place to live, at the most difficult time to find a place to live. I do not recommend taking risks and checking into this hotel.
