Our wedding was held on August 30, 2025. I preferred not to write until today, but to wait for some time to pass. However, today, when my father went to Fulya Bal to express our complaints, I saw that he persisted in the same disrespectful style, and now I felt the need to share what we were going through. Firstly, as wedding owners, no song requests of us and our guests were taken into account. It was informed to us that even the water requested by our guests was not brought. Telegrams from the presidents were not announced. The seating arrangement we received was changed without notifying us. During the entrance organization, no details, including the volcano show, were made as discussed. The decorations we wanted were also not carefully made. Our wedding entrance music also didn't end the way we planned. The flower we specifically requested was not placed on the table. Our check-in time was left quite late. Although Fulya Bal personally informed us of our departure time, our families and guests were told “they don't want to leave”. In fact, other weddings had started about an hour ago when we checked in, and they were still going on when we left the hall. There were also serious problems with the service. Drinks were served 30 minutes after the salads arrived, and meals were served 30 minutes later. Most importantly, the bride-groom room was set at the farthest place. Although we had talked to Fulya Bal before, our room was changed without our knowledge. When I conveyed this to him, it deeply offended us that he used an extremely disrespectful and scolding style in front of both my wife and our guests. There have been many people who have witnessed this personally. It really upset us to experience such a bad organization on the most important day of our lives and then to receive negative comments from our guests. Five years ago, my brother's wedding was held in the same place and we were very pleased. Unfortunately for us, it was the biggest regret. Despite the fact that my father went to the venue today and conveyed our complaints face-to-face, Fulya Bal's continuing in the same style actually showed that this attitude is not a coincidence, but a personal preference. I would like to point out that we are not satisfied with the organization at all, especially Fulya Bal, who treats us disrespectfully. We definitely do not recommend it to our surroundings and I strongly advise everyone who reads this review not to prefer this place on such a special occasion.
