There are very few real reviews about this "clinic", so you need to fill in the gap.
In Kuzanov clinics, there is complete disrespect for clients, they see them only as a source of income.
If you are ready to put up with this, not punctual staff wait for hours, pay for the service not according to the price list (it simply does not exist, or it is not shown), but according to the tariff taken from the ceiling, then you are here.
I signed up for surgery in advance, was examined by a doctor, and was sent for tests a day before the operation. And then (suddenly!!!) it turns out that they can't do the operation because I take antihistamines. And I (!!!) I didn't tell them about it. Did someone ask me? Well, yes, they asked, in a day. Actually, even before the tests, basic preparation is needed, which I was not told a word about. Is this a professional approach? They didn't even tell me what tests I needed to take. At the same time, both the doctor and his assistant bluntly accused ME of disrupting the operation in a day. They did not admit their guilt. They did not recognize or apologize. It's disgusting.
And they didn't call for tests scheduled for 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. Speaking of punctuality. To my claim that I had been waiting for an hour
, the answer was - So what?
Is this really a clinic and not a bazaar?
A screen about the refund of funds for the tests (at least thanks for that) as a proof of my interactions with this institution.
Girls, dear, do not mess with this clinic! I just came out of a rhinoplasty consultation. You are given to sign the documents on the day of the operation, I asked to show the documents in advance, since they are in Georgian, to translate, to show to a lawyer - they severely refused me the documents and said that they would not operate on me in this clinic. The administrator of Tamun (Alexandra Kazanova's personal secretary) said that they did not even have templates of documents, that she should be on vacation today at all, that I needed a second consultation "for some reason", and she was almost here because of me. She didn't look at me, she kept turning the phone on and off. I tried to explain my request that I did not speak Georgian, that this was my first operation, but then Tamuna said that I had got her, that she was canceling my operation, that she had such authority. Her colleague informed me that Tamuna was almost the director of the clinic (but the director did not have a contract for the operation), they both began to discuss me in Georgian with other clients of the clinic who were sitting in line, shouting to them from the counter what was going on here. A man approached, apparently he was a doctor, and without going into the situation, said that this was "not Moscow, not St. Petersburg, not in the middle of nowhere, but Georgia, and everything is different here." And that's how three adults publicly pressured me alone because I asked for an operation contract. I left and am still in shock, how a person, an administrator, can talk to clients about an operation for $ 2500 like that, how is it possible to hide documents on the operation, it's illegal. Why does a respected surgeon keep such a person who gets turned on and swears at patients like that?…
After Tamuna started raising her voice at me and saying that I got her, I turned on the dictaphone, I can confirm that I am not talking about the clinic, and I will try to make people know about what happened to me here…
I can turn a blind eye to the secretary's attitude, but the fact that I was literally kicked out after asking for documents speaks for itself…
I still can't believe that this happened, that I could have surgery there. I want to warn all the girls: if the clinic reacts like this to the request for an operation contract, there is definitely something wrong....
