It was a terrible experience, which was not expected from a hotel booked for booking We arrived at 2 a.m., after 10 hours on the road driving, we were warned in advance about the time of arrival and wrote specifically asking if we could come They answered yes, we are waiting for you, they gave us a phone number to call when we arrive As a result, the phone did not answer, the intercom did not answer After 20 minutes, the receptionist came in with random neighbors and was asleep, and for another 10 minutes he appeared with a displeased face and said that there were no rooms. When we showed the reservation, he said I don't know who's booking there. Come tomorrow at 2 p.m. We returned to the car, the hostess calls, says there is a number, come back We pick up our backpacks again and get up. The disgruntled guy says there are no rooms again As a result, when they were forced to talk to each other over the speakerphone, the hostess said that the girl had arrived and said that she had a reservation, they did not check either the reservation or the name, they checked into our room As a result, no one even apologized, at 3 a.m. after an hour of proceedings, we just found ourselves on the street without housing. I've never encountered such situations, it's terrible. They just brazenly wrote to the booking office that we hadn't arrived.
