Good location in the city center
ROOMS: rooms are good size, but not very spacious. We’ve stayed in a suite - it means spacious entrance zone with a seating place like sofa and working zone (table and chair) and a small bedroom connected by a corridor. Good size bathroom with both bath and a shower, all amenities are provided.
LOCATION: perfect location just in the city center, 20min drive from the airport.
FOOD: breakfast costs 10000 AMD, there is a restaurant in the garden next to the Hotel.
FACILITIES: gym 24h, spa, conference rooms. Nice addition: you can buy some necessities (shaver, toothpaste, toothbrush, charger) on the reception.
STAFF: friendly and polite, speaks different languages.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. The rooms are cozy, equipped with a kettle, iron, ironing board and safe. Beautiful courtyard. But in the bathroom there is a Spartan minimum. Although, after calling the reception, after a while you get the right thing. The breakfasts are adequate enough, a wide range - no one will go hungry. There is a swimming pool on the 3rd floor of the hotel, but the inscriptions in the elevator are modestly silent about this (the mark on the 3rd floor is a fitness room).

Comfortable, clean, cozy 💫I arrived alone and for me this room is quite suitable in all respects 🤗in the city center, everything is close-restaurants, cafes, shops. I advised my friends and family. I do not have an apartment in Yerevan yet - I will stay in this hotel. I want to note that I recently moved from Yerevan and I am familiar with the city. That's why I know everything about my hometown. It takes 10-20 minutes to get everywhere by taxi. I advise you!

It was at the end of November 2024. A very good hotel, in fact, no worse than Moscow, ideal in location. Delicious cuisine, but it seems a little rustic, with nuances of local taste preferences. In any case, I recommend the hotel.

We liked the hotel very much, it is ideally located in the very center of Yerevan, while it is not noisy (the windows overlook a quieter street). We checked in twice, and we'll definitely be back! The room is cozy, the staff are friendly. We will praise the pool separately - the ideal water temperature for sports swimming, there are quite a lot of sun beds, everyone is comfortable. Advantages of the hotel:
- located in the very center, around the corner from Republic Square;
- both times (with personal booking and upon check-in) we had a chance to communicate with a super friendly reception employee, who explained everything in detail, organized an early check-in for us;
- the room was given on the 4th floor, away from the elevator, as indicated in the wishes;
- the room had everything you needed: good air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, comfortable beds, kettle, water, etc. One of the few hotels whose staff for the most part can count to 3 and provide everything for three, with the exception of mugs and tea and coffee (they forgot about the third person here);
- clean, quiet.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
- There was information in the IHG app that the pool would not be open on June 22 and 23. We stopped by on the 24th. He was still not available;
- there are no convenient ramps for lifting suitcases into the hall, only stairs.
In general, a very good option for adequate money in the center.

I stayed at the hotel with my family for almost 2 weeks. A great hotel in the very center. The service is excellent! There is a large swimming pool on the 7th floor (this is a separate fitness club), but admission is free for hotel residents. The breakfasts are very good. In the rooms, bathrobes, slippers, cleaning exactly when it was convenient for me. My eldest daughter came to me for 5 days, slept with me in an existing bed - all without any extra charges!!The shower is excellent with excellent water pressure. The wifi was flying just fine. In general, everything is great, I will definitely return to this hotel.

An excellent chain hotel in the heart of the city. For those arriving early in the morning: you can check in from 06:00 for 50 percent of the room price (all neighboring hotels asked for 100 percent payment for these days). The rooms are decorated quite fresh. Excellent breakfasts (there is even a separate corner with local products, very nice). There is a swimming pool and saunas. There are enough TV channels, but sometimes the picture "fell down". The only point is to be prepared that you may come across a room with a so-so view from the window (but this is only a sign that you need to spend the night in the room and nothing more)

It is unimaginable-this is the first time I have met an excellent hotel under this name. He is not like all the members of this family and is definitely very special. The warmth and cordiality of the staff, so attentive and responsive, complements the location and list of hotel services (especially the swimming pool in the sports club).. I really, really liked it!
We lived in a suite with access to the Spa complex.
The room itself is cozy: there is a sofa, an armchair, a place to work. There was a kettle, tea bags, coffee and water in abundance.
Very comfortable mattresses, quite hard.
The bathroom is awesome: with a separate shower and bathtub, bathrobes, a bunch of towels, all kinds of accessories.
Very, very cool breakfasts! In addition to standard salad vegetables, sausages and eggs in various forms, Armenian cheeses, dried fruits and traditional sweets.
There are always a lot of staff at breakfast. They welcome you very cordially, they just wrap you in care. The feeling that you are visiting your friends. There is no language barrier and I am very grateful for that.
The spa is a shallow pool with 5-6 lanes, a small Jacuzzi, a salt room, a hammam and a sauna. There is a bar.
In principle, it is enough.

The staff can be slow, but this is not so much a problem of the hotel as the local specifics in general. The atmosphere here is relaxed and unhurried. You need to slow down a little, and then you will be able to enjoy your stay. But the real problem is the condition of the fitness room, which is included in the price of the hotel. He's nothing. At all. One Olympic barbell for the entire gym with racks. And dumbbells up to 20 kg. A small room. The ventilation is not working, the thermometer showed 25 degrees, and it's still December. When there are more than two people in the gym, it is simply unrealistic to train. The pulse from the stuffiness of the air and humidity will go through the roof. So, if you are a fan of continuing training on vacation, it is better to take any other hotel and buy a subscription to the nearest city gym.
