The other day, my nephew's birthday was celebrated here.
A rich selection of menus.
Delicious cooked dishes.
A very pleasant moment was the compliment from the institution to the birthday boy, as well as pleasant words of congratulations from the restaurant staff.
But I discovered this wonderful place during the gastrofest. Perhaps this was the best offer.
I highly recommend the restaurant to Gomel residents and guests of the city.
A little advice)
Since the place is very popular, it is better to book a table in advance)
A great place, the staff is very polite, the table was not booked in advance, but the receptionist found a place for 5 people. The food is very tasty, a large selection of dishes, drinks, and desserts. the prices are reasonable. They complimented the namesake , presented a cake with a candle and all the waiters came up together and congratulated. Special thanks to Daria who served us!
Thank you for the reception in this place) everything is very tasty))) and food and drinks) and the place is atmospheric) and next to it after a rest you can walk around the center, next to the monument to the liberation of the Second World War, a beautiful alley , lighting) and the whole of Gomel has its own charm on summer evenings) vacationing people) not in a hurry) and kind, smiling faces)))
Not the lowest price tag in Gomel, above average, but! It's worth it. Yes, the portions are not huge, but it is incredibly delicious. The barbecue is the best in the city, I think. Khachapuri is beautiful. Khinkali is not ideal, but it is very tasty. Alcohol is so-so, and the price tag, and the choice, but it's still worth going here for Georgian cuisine. There are few people in the morning on weekdays, quiet, calm, unobtrusive Georgian music, nothing superfluous in the interior, minimalism. In general, the cuisine is one of the best in Gomel. I really liked it.
Overall a good place. We've been in it several times. It was completely cooked in khinkali, as in the Khinkali of Minsk, they are much tastier and there are more fillings. Salad, with eggplant and chicken, each time a different weight of the dish and the preparation of eggplant, then with or without skin. The barbecue menu is delicious, but in my opinion, you can't give a barbecue island to a child like that. But khachapuri is love, even our smallest appreciated it.
The last time was on 08/24 at 20:00, there was a table nearby that was not cleaned and while we were there, which is about 2 hours, it was never cleaned, as for me it is a minus in service. The place is good, but I won't visit it again.
On the positive side: the food is delicious, the room temperature is normal (not hot and not cool), the service is polite.
The main disadvantage is that some of the items that are in the menu are not, and those that are do not correspond to the menu. The order has to be changed 4 times. Salad with pomegranate seeds - without pomegranate, we found out already when the salad was brought. The waiter informed them that they had not had a pomegranate for 2 months, but it was on the menu.
The menus do not correspond to the assortment of the establishment.
🍷I liked the slogan: "Dear guests only"
🍷The atmosphere is cozy (the interior itself)
- Quite a lot of people, the service is average.
Of the cons: Unfortunately, I didn't really like the food. Kharcho soup didn't seem like kharcho at all.
I would rate it somewhere around 3-4. Since people are walking, I guess maybe I didn't notice any advantages.
I really liked it. I recommend you to visit. I would like more lamb dishes. The staff is polite, attentive, friendly. An interesting place of Georgian cuisine in the very center of Gomel.
It's a cool place. The food is delicious, although we waited for quite a long time with an incomplete landing. The staff in the hall is pleasant and nimble. The atmosphere is not familiar, the interior is unusual, there is a children's corner. Prices bite, but everything is delicious
A wonderful place in the center of Gomel, excellent service, courteous staff. We were served by the waiter Ivan, the food is served quickly if you did not come at rush hour, but the dishes are still brought quickly. The food and drinks were very tasty. Thanks to the waiter for his work and for understanding that they gave out tips in Russian rubles.
For the first time, my friend and I visited Khinkalnaya and we were enveloped in the atmosphere of Georgian hospitality and cordiality. We got a lot of pleasure from both the variety of minyu and the quality of cooking. On this day, the republican gastrofest "Countries of the World" started and the restaurant very adequately presented Georgian cuisine, which we really tasted and loved while on vacation in Batumi. A set of appetizers, plates of three types of hot kebabs, baked khinkali, hot khachapuri and a glass of red wine plunged us into the wonderful atmosphere of the sunny Caucasus. Thanks to the team. Keep the brand!
Very tasty food, beautiful interior, I recommend chashushuli - delight, guruli, khinkali. However, I would like to recommend that the staff smile and be more customer-oriented. We were in the afternoon, there were not very many customers and the food was prepared quite quickly, within 15 minutes.
My husband and I visited Khinkalnya and this wonderful institution for the first time on August 23, 2024. A girl greeted us warmly and offered us free seats. Served by a young man with a beautiful name Gleb ❤️Such a kind guy, cultured, polite, attentive. He answered all our questions with a kind smile, told us everything in detail, and offered. Many thanks to the whole team of Khinkalni, but especially to Gleb 💥Prosperity and as many grateful visitors as possible. Everything was very tasty and beautiful, and also so clean and tidy in the establishment 💥This is the place where you want to come back to.
We were well received. We ordered pasta from the children's menu, Adjarian khachapuri, khinkali, ajakhuri and drinks from the usual menu. They said 20-25 minutes-we are waiting. The table was not canned. The first thing they brought was ajakhuri, but what do you have with your hands? They haven't suggested it yet. They had to bring it to everyone at the same time, I was eating, and everyone was looking at me, including my youngest son, who was waiting for his pasta. Then they brought khachapuri, then khinkali, and the child was the last one. This is not right! According to khachapuri: the dough is like in a bun, the cheese is not salty, water flowed out of the cottage cheese and remained at the bottom of the plate. Khinkali: some kind of seasoning gave a taste of either rubber or something technical. And another thing: a girl or an administrator who meets everyone all the time, either on the phone or on the phone. It was possible, even necessary to dress her in a national Georgian costume, not jeans. We won't come again.
Very tasty cuisine at reasonable prices. Relatively fast service. Alcohol prices are undemocratic. A great place for a family vacation. Convenient location
Very, VERY tasty khinkali!! Both classic and fried! With mushrooms - a separate respect, I have not eaten anywhere tastier! Unfortunately, there are no such enthusiastic emotions in the rest of the kitchen - is it normal to chop sausage cheese from pyaterochka into a cheese plate (just like that)?? The baby pasta turned out to be just a lump of macaroni and cheese. The waiter should thank us for reminding her to include drinks in the bill (my spouse is conscious).
We've been there many times! The portions are large and delicious! Food for both children and adults! Competent and friendly staff! Great prices and perfect cleanliness! Thank you for your work
I love this place because the food is delicious. But unfortunately, the last time I visited, I was very upset. My husband was planning to celebrate his birthday, we booked a table. We arrived on time, but their lights were turned off and we had to quickly look for another place, it was inconvenient in front of the guests. They didn't apologize, they called after an hour or so, we returned after 1.5 hours or so. The evening was spoiled, there was almost nothing available for drinks and the attitude of the staff was very dismissive. We were very disappointed. Unfortunately
I've been here several times before tonight. There were no complaints. However, today there was something with something. I came with two friends, ordered khinkali, snacks, wine, desserts and tea. We were immediately warned about the time of 20-30 minutes, we did not mind. The wine was carried for 10 minutes. After that, they brought one snack about 40 minutes later. The Khinkali reached us only after an hour and then only after contacting the administrator. For comparison, two more tables sat down with us at the same time - eight people at one, six at the second. By the time we started eating, they already had a full table and the dishes had been changed twice. One of the sauces was brought the wrong one. It's good that at least the desserts were served at one time, and not one at a time.
I love the Khinkalnya in my native Soligorsk, but in Gomel it is also excellent, there are many delicious desserts that we do not have on the menu. I really liked the service, and the food is excellent!
A good place for family gatherings. Pleasant, quiet atmosphere. Great prices. If you are lucky enough to work next to a khinkalnya, then you can safely come to lunch. 3-6 khinkals and you will be full for the whole working day. The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. Separately, of course, I would like to praise the white Georgian wine.
Feedback:
The recent experience of visiting khinkalni, where we decided to celebrate a birthday, turned out to be quite disappointing. It all started with the fact that we were served kvass, which, unfortunately, was poured directly on the person.
After that, we waited about 15 minutes for the staff to clean up the spilled kvass. During this time, none of the employees came up to offer us something in return, or at least to ask if everything was okay. The level of service clearly left much to be desired.
As for the quality of the dishes, it could not smooth out the overall impression, since in such situations it is important that guests feel comfortable and be heard. I am sure that in the future this khinkalnya will be able to improve the quality of service and customer care. Hopefully our case was an exception, but we'll probably think twice before going back.
The food is great. My wife and I really liked it. We ordered fried khinkali, vegetable salad and eggplant stuffed with beef. Very tasty. Georgian music is also good. The only drawback is the shared sofa. That is, people sit on different sides and use a common backrest. It's very uncomfortable when some restless people are sitting on this couch with you and constantly shaking it.
Excellent establishment: starting with the location of the restaurant on one of the central streets of the city, continuing with delicious cuisine, ending with an excellent atmosphere and courteous staff.
It's a good place. Delicious fried khinkali, baked pork with vegetables, chicken in soy sauce. I just love khachapuri. Thank you. P. S. The air conditioner is good, of course, but it blows so hard that I'm frozen. Please adjust the temperature.
Unfortunately, when I visited the Khinkalni in Gomel, I was very disappointed. We planned to have a good lunch with the family. We booked a table in advance, arrived on time, waited for the waiter, who still did not fit. They reminded me of themselves, but without waiting for the waiter, they left after 15 minutes. At the same time, the tables around where people came after us were served immediately. Before that, I had repeatedly visited this Hinkalen network in Minsk and other cities, but this was the first time I encountered such service...
The menu is the same as in Minsk khinkalni. There are few waiters. Maybe it was like that in our parish. The dishes were cooked for a long time. But polite service, with a smile. We had a good time. Since we have already been to other restaurants of this chain, the pattern is visible. And a small selection of dishes. If you've been to Khinkalni in Minsk, you won't find anything new here. Four stars.
It's just terrible. We stood at the entrance, waited for the administrator to put us in, as a result we had to go to the waiters and ask for the menu and place ourselves, because they did not pay attention to us. They brought one menu for two, again I had to go ask for a second one. When asked to put us on the street, we were refused, arguing that everything was dirty there. They put him in the hall, but still at a dirty table. The waiters wear torn T-shirts. There are broken plates on the floor in the center of the hall, which no one pays attention to. There is simply no soap in the toilet.
After they sat down and wiped the table themselves, the waiter did not even remove the dirty napkin, it lay to the end. We are waiting for 40 minutes to order with an almost empty hall
The khinkalnya has deteriorated , there is no desire to come here any more
I want to express my gratitude for a wonderful evening. And also a special thanks to the waitress Elena for the excellent service and cordiality! She was very attentive to every detail of our visit and did her best to make our time at the restaurant unforgettable. Elena was very friendly, professional and attentive to our wishes.
I also want to thank you for the congratulations from the institution. It was a pleasant surprise that added a special warmth and comfort to our evening. Thank you for your care and attention to the guests!
I'll start the review by saying that the food is very tasty. It's a little spicy in places, but it's, as they say, for an amateur. There are no questions about the service. Our table was served by a very attentive girl. The order was not waited for a long time. I took off the star for not having enough comfort and atmosphere in Georgia. It was a bit hectic, it felt like you were in a fast food cafe.
A good place with good Georgian cuisine. We are always satisfied after each visit. Even a child of 6 years old likes it very much and is interesting there.
Today, on 08/24/2024, we went to lunch with a friend, and she was for the first time - I advised, but it seems in vain. The kitchen was disgusting, they ordered chakhokhbili and pink salmon. The first course resembled chowder with onions and very little chicken, and the pieces were not skinned, and the fish in my opinion was not the first freshness. I used to come here often, and the price-quality ratio of the food made me very happy. What happened to the cook? And the service was not very good, but in comparison with the food, you can put a 3 plus for the service. I really ask the administration to pay attention to this review, I'm even a little ashamed that I recommended your institution.
A pleasant atmospheric restaurant. The music is unobtrusive, sometimes national, very well chosen, does not distract from eating and from conversation. The food is delicious! This kitchen is often over-salted, but here the chef has chosen the perfect balance of spices. The wines are wonderful! Many thanks to the waiters for their attentiveness and participation!
We went to eat khinkali with the children, but we were politely escorted out saying that all the seats were booked. I understand that some of the children did not want to serve us. Since we went to the bus stop, we stood for 40 minutes and during that time no one came up to the veranda, but only left. It was very much not accepted. I didn't think that children could be a hindrance to going out to eat.
Excellent quality food, positive atmosphere, excellent waiters, not very expensive. What else do you need for a good rest and nutrition? I speak as a professional in the field of Georgian cuisine! But it will always be better in Georgia, because there are traditions, masters and the whole spirit inside people!!
The food is delicious, the cuisine and the cook are SUPER!!!!
Problems with the waiters. They don't clean the dirty dishes, when you've eaten, you can sit until the light is brought, the plates are removed. When you say to remove the dishes, they disappear with the text "now". Then they bring new food, and the whole table is littered with untidy plates and our food is taken away somewhere... there were those who laughed at the wrongly named dish..... It really spoils the impression of this place. The food is very tasty!! You always want to tip the chefs, not the waiters...
The service is excellent, the atmosphere is excellent, the salads are excellent, khinkali is so-so, with cheese there is little filling and it is a very small lump in khinkali, and with meat there is little cilantro, and in the other meat there is generally a homogenous substance, the meat should be chopped or large minced meat, and there is meat in powder.
A great place with delicious food. Khinkali with mutton, as well as with cheese and mushrooms deserve an 11/10 rating. I would like to thank and mention the waiter Julia separately. Everything was clear and to the point, the girl communicated politely, very beautiful, well-groomed, it was nice to look at such an employee. I recommend visiting this place!
After this place, I fell in love with Georgian cuisine. The food is 10/10.
4 stars for VERY slow service. The waiters are standing in a group and chatting sweetly while the customers are waiting for them. Tables are cleaned for a long time. We were in the restaurant for ~ 1 hour, the next table was not cleaned, although the guests left before us 🤷
In general, everything is good and convenient, but I didn't like the preparation of khachapuri in Mengrelian, they saved money on cheese, it's good that they didn't temper it in Adjarian.
I was with friends on May 28. We ordered fried khinkali, boiled lamb, khachapuri nart, shish kebab. The fried khinkali were as pale as my legs. (not fried) ordinary khinkali were not bad. Khachapuri was delicious. Barbecue.... This is a parody of a barbecue. Not only was it cooked on an electric grill, a third of the pieces of 500 grams could not be chewed. I looked at the menu to find out which part of the slaughtered pig was the barbecue. But the local marketing gods did not specify which part of the barbecue was from. Just a pork kebab. But with this wonderful dish, it's not all adventure. We waited for him for a long time . and when it was brought, I understood the reason. One portion was hot, the other like a summer breeze. Lemonade was lemonade.
A good restaurant of Georgian cuisine. The price category is acceptable. The atmosphere and interior are themed. Waiting for the order 20-30min. The service is polite. The food is delicious! There is a corner for children. The toilets are clean
The place is convenient, the waiters are polite, attentive, the kitchen is average: khinkali looks more like store-bought than handmade) I tried it with all the fillings - I didn't want to try anything again) I am glad that they try to diversify it with color, then with appearance (on Valentine's day khinkali were red and khachapuri in the form of hearts), but the dough definitely needs to be improved)
The food is delicious. But! The service is just awful! We came once, made an order. The waiter just forgot about us. I was carried away by a sit-down near the reception desk. We came another time and did not bring the order in full, because we did not write it down correctly. Then they reported it, but the filling in the hinkals was mixed up. Only children work. There is no order!
They came to try khinkali. All 4 species were of the same type. The only difference was the seasoning inside the filling. There were five of them. As a result, the staff forgot about the order of the fifth client. And sour cream was brought after all the khinkali had been eaten. The most interesting thing is that there were very few people, so it is impossible to write off the inattention and forgetfulness of the staff for the workload.... We will not come here anymore.
