We have been vacationing here for Christmas for the second year. Great place! The rooms are clean. There is a little lack of a master's hand, to twist, fix, replace... but that's not the most important thing. Wonderful water, it's such bliss! This year, Rasul was a wonderful chef, he surprised us every day with delicious food. See you soon!

Great recreation area! We had a rest with a friend from February 28 to March 2 - everything is cool, cozy atmosphere, everything is clean and tidy, very friendly staff. Special thanks to Arzygul for the warm welcome, he will always ask if everything is okay, how he is resting, and he will be in touch at any moment. This is not the first time we have visited this place - everything is great, I recommend it!

We had a rest there in Nauryz. The area is small, but the territory is very beautifully decorated, very cozy. There are 3 swimming pools on site. Except for the small indoor one with boiling water, which is difficult to enter. The depth is no more than two meters. The rooms are standard and regular. The bedclothes were torn, and the pillows in one of the rooms also had holes. Not all the equipment worked, not all rooms have air conditioners, and there were no remote controls. They must be requested from the administrator. We rented three rooms and in one of them the kettle almost melted. Fortunately, they noticed it right away. Therefore, if such moments suddenly occur, then you need to say right away - they will change, fix it. We didn't run around and talk about everything, we said everything when we left. The toilets were one without a lid, the other without a button. But we managed. For the price of the holidays in this scenario, it was expensive for the rooms. But a huge plus is the water in the pools, it's amazing. The design of the pool is super, in the photo it looks like you're vacationing somewhere in Europe! And provided that the rooms were all occupied, there was no overcrowding in the pool. And another thing that ruined our vacation was the lack of isolation of the rooms. Although they are covered with film, which is very convenient by the way, but the audibility is terrible. On the second night, new neighbors stopped by and didn't let me sleep until three in the morning. I had to swear and involve the administrator. Although there is a guarantee on the website that the database is family-owned and the music already turns off at 11 o'clock. But the neighbors were drunk, ill-mannered, and didn't give a damn about anyone. They calmed down only half an hour after the receptionist took the speaker away from them. They were outraged for a long time that a pomeranian was with us, and she barked in response to their loud drunken conversations, provoking laughter and clapping. The second night was terrible for us. The administration's promise of a quiet family vacation has not been fulfilled! There is an excellent kitchen on site where there is everything you need. You can even cook. And there was a canteen for those who arrive without food. Plus, what is possible with animals, our Pomeranian dog always travels with us. This is one of the few areas where they were allowed to bring a dog. It attracted me! There is a small playground for children. Everything is small but cozy. There are pros and cons. But everyone has their own opinion. Therefore, until you arrive and evaluate it yourself, you will not know!
