We recently had a rest at the Karvan Sarai Hotel, and our impressions were very positive. The rooms are cozy and clean, the staff is polite and always ready to help. I especially liked that the hotel has a sauna, a sauna and a swimming pool – a great place to relax after a busy day. The sauna and sauna are well equipped, clean and comfortable, and the pool is spacious and well maintained. The atmosphere is calm, you feel relaxed. A great option for both a short stop on the road and for a relaxing holiday. We will definitely come again!

There is a small parking lot for 4-5 cars in front of the hotel entrance, but to be honest, parked cars interfere with the passage of people. - appearance. It's just gorgeous at night, it looks very decent. It's a lot easier during the day, but overall it's very neat. - interior and reception. The interior is in the best traditions of the "oriental baroque", as they say, expensive, rich. But as always, many things are already frankly in need of repair, such as wallpaper and lamps in the hallway. The reception is very small. I would like to say that it is very cozy, but right behind the counter there is a real mess, a warehouse of tools, personal belongings, and just junk. There are 2 prices on the counter, for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreigners. There is a sign that they do not follow without a registry office. Whether this applies only to heterosexual couples, and for how long it is observed, is unclear. - The number. They enrolled on the 3rd floor (by the way, there is no elevator) the room is very narrow, there are two separate beds in the room, apparently even with the seal of the registry office. The overhead light turns on only at the entrance, in the room itself there is only a bedside lamp, which are turned on by an artisanal switch between the beds. The room is dark at night. There is no chair, no table, there is only a cupboard with a refrigerator and dust. The beds are terrible mattresses are suppressed from the sides in the middle, you sleep "on top of the ridge". The window opens swinging open from top to bottom, the position is not open, only wide open. The room has bottled drinking water and a couple of tea bags, for some reason without individual packaging. In the bathroom there is a Soviet repair and plumbing from the beginning of 2000. Three slightly gray towels. There are disposable toothbrushes and almost disposable shampoos (bottles are clearly being sought, judging by the worn label), there are cheap disposable slippers. The strangest thing is that bleach is poured into all the drain holes during cleaning for some reason. The sound insulation is very poor, you can hear the water in the next room. - cleaning every day, but I really don't like that my dirty things are put in my suitcase, and in principle what they open. - the breakfast is not the most miserable that I have seen, with a claim to a buffet, but if something is over, "come tomorrow." For some reason, there are a lot of mayonnaise salads, 5 pieces. - The staff. Just tears. We could not accept payment by card for 30 minutes. We recalculated the cost 3 times, (oh, we made a mistake) We almost paid twice as much. As a result, we paid by transfer. The result is, in principle, not an expensive hotel, for very non-demanding guests. You can live, but not relax.
