I was in Jeddah 2 years ago. I saw this wreck. Cranes just stand there like ghosts and reinforced concrete structures look ominous at night. I believe that when the reforms on the withdrawal of funds from businessmen were adopted in 2018, this project should have been closed. It only takes up space.
