DO NOT ORDER BOUQUETS FROM THEM! You know, for three years in a row I have been ordering flowers for my mother's birthday here, since I live far away, but I want to please a person on a memorable date! But what I faced this year is the height of disregard for my customers, paying 27 t tenge for a bouquet, I got a boorish attitude, I had to run after them myself and find out what flowers are in the assortment, although initially I ordered roses in the amount of 31 pieces!!! I got into their position that they would not have delivery, I decided to replace them with a choice of 4 positions! As a result, for the anniversary, my mother received an ugly broom for 27t. For which I was very ashamed, but they are not ashamed!
