I was repairing my Lenovo g780 laptop here. We restored the mount and replaced the thermal paste (At my request, I did not want to buy a syringe or a jar and do a second disassembly to replace the thermal paste. The laptop has been working for 12 years since purchase without disassembly and maintenance. It was used for everything, including GTA 5 and similar games. The first breakdown after 12 years is the fastening. I didn't want anything to be broken during the repair. I carefully chose the workshop). Everything is working, it's been half a year. Everything was done as quickly and accurately as possible. The price tags are not broken. They gave a guarantee, told me to contact you if something doesn't work. Spare parts are available or arrive in 1-3 days. I also bought a cable with rg45, no questions arose. The guys always go to a meeting. Today I asked to solder the cable to the TV antenna board and ring it for operability. I know it's not their profile, but anyone who knows how to solder and understands radio electronics can handle the job. For comparison, I applied earlier to the Guarantor, the workshop in the old City and in the center. The first two refused, because it is not their profile and they do not have prices for such work. In the center, they offered to walk around the apartment with an antenna or look at the settings. If it doesn't work out, bring it. I told them that the cable was broken off from the board immediately, but they didn't hear me. The guys from izi pc did everything in 10 minutes, no questions asked and did not take the money. We also consulted on replacing my battery on my smartphone. Everything is available (original and copy to choose from). I've been looking for someone to entrust the equipment to for a long time, I liked everything here. The service is at the highest level. I'll take the phone to them for repair.

I handed over my laptop. The wording at the time of delivery is "it doesn't matter how it works, take down the system to zero and install it again." There was a 10k on the laptop.!!! They said a day or two. The next day they call saying it doesn't turn on, it doesn't charge, it needs to be disassembled, I say it's not necessary, everything worked. I'm taking my charger, of course everything worked. I was already wary here, but I think okay, it happens. A week passed, then the second, no greetings, no call.
I'm calling.
"Oh yes, we just made it yesterday, installed Windows 8.1, everything works, come and get it.
Windows 8.1" (!!!),
passed with 10 points. I say that I do not need 8.1, and let them ship me in terms that it is necessary and better, it works faster. I say that it was possible to install XP in this way, so I would fly at all. I explained that this is not how it is done, return everything as it was. Krch, nothing was returned, I took it as it is.
They said that everything would work and nothing would change. I sent this service away to myself and wanted to forget it until I gave it back to the child (a children's laptop).
But as I told them, half of the children's current game programs work on win10 and above.
I learned a scandal, nerves were made, and as a result, I will take you to a normal service to put what I said, and not what the master wanted.
I do not recommend it, avoid this service.
