Both times, I arrived, I was accepted, there are no queues, there are a lot of repairmen. It took about 15 minutes, from arrival to departure. I was driving on the navigator, there is a pointer where to turn. It is clear from the windows on the street where to go. There is an open box on the left at the end of the building, inside there is an order table. You take the quettes from the girls and approach the free repairman.

Great guys. I changed their glass more than a year ago. At that time, it was the best price-performance ratio. There are no complaints about the replacement. Finding them, if you know how to use the navigator, is not difficult at all!
I was very pleased that the guys give a coupon for free glass repair within a year after installation. Isn't it cool?! Yes, it's cool! I left for a year + without any chips and scratches! And then the other day - bang! I got a decent pebble in the windshield on the very "serpentine" that the Vitebsk highway has now turned into! Audi... she was in a hurry, apparently, and even on this "serpentine" her driver decided to overtake me. I want to - for God's sake! I never interfere! I overtook him, but... He left me a "notch" on the windshield. It happens!

In short, a year has passed - the coupon has "burned out"... I just called, signed up for repairs - almost on the same day and recorded, drove up. Repaired and ... They let me go in peace. Yes, yes - I even approached the head with the question - how much?

Работа норм, сервис тоже неплохой. Есть комната ожидания. Сделали быстрее обозначенного срока. Качество хорошее. Предлагали варианты.
Найти сложно. Можно было бы указатели нормально поставить.
Запись на обслуживание непонятная. Ни номера авто, ни имени -фамилии не спросили. Про напоминание через смс или сообщение вообще разговора не было.
В общем не напрягает, но как-то странно.

Место хорошее. цены приемлемые. Замена оперативная.
При замене стекла сказали убрать регистратор. Я его снял но оставил кабель (он под потолком был проведен). В итоге при замене стекла его перерезали и замотали изолентой. Регистратор после этого перестал работать. Я конечно считаю что я сам виноват и надо было кабель убрать. Но работники могли бы хоть сказать что кабель поврежден. У меня таких кабелей дома штук 10. И замена на новый заняла не больше 5 минут. Но не большой осадок остался.
И если что я повторно обращусь в сервис. Уже на второй машине меняю стекло. Ни где ни чего не треснуло. Стекло стоит отлично и не подтекает нигде.
Работа именно по замене стекла была выполнена отлично.

Менял здесь лобовое стекло на Гольфе 4 лет 10 назад. На выбор было несколько вариантов: оригинал за много денег, если не ошибаюсь, Польша (тоже недешевое), китайское и ещё по-моему то ли российское, то ли наше. Поставил китайское, без проблем служит до сих пор. Единственное, попал камушек, и появилась небольшая трещина. Приехал на ремонт. Сделали все в лучшем виде. Рекомендую.
Есть один недостаток - если на рамке будет ржавчина или ещё какой дефект, то придется ехать куда-то ещё делать кузовщину. Было бы хорошо, если бы можно было сделать этот ремонт на месте. Поэтому 4 звезды. А так, рекомендую.

Производил здесь замену ветрового стекла. По телефону проконсультировали, сразу же сказали какие стёкла есть в наличии и сколько будет стоить. Было 3 варианта разного ценового сегмента. Записали на замену. В назначенный день приняли в указанное время, без заминок. Стекло поменяли быстро, час с небольшим. Всё это время можно было провести в комнате ожидания. Цена была такая же, как сказали по телефону. Дали гарантию на само стекло и скидку на негарантийный ремонт стекла.

I arrived in the rain, so everything was drilled into the mud, poured, glued. secondly, elementary time pauses are not observed - everything took 10 minutes, when only the UV light needs 10-15 minutes. the glass was heated with a lighter from the cabin. the hole is drilled by eye, picking at random, the effect of it is very noticeable after. the service is at the level of Uncle Vasya's garage.
ps: the young "master" did it. Guarantees, as it is convenient for them, of course, do not give any for such work.
my friend, in fairness, did it at the Bearded Master, at the age, said everything was different and of high quality, but this is some kind of dilettante.
So it's better to go somewhere else for repairs, so as not to risk it.

Менял стекло на логан 2. Китай, 100 условных единиц. Дали гарантию от протечек 36 мес . Сколы типо бесплатно в течении месяца ну и самое главное от заезда в бокс до замены прошло 20 мин. Подкачали спкченное колесо. Посмотрим как будет в эксплуатации.

Заехал в воскресенье, надо было переклеить зеркало со старого стекла на новое. Ребята все сделали быстро и профессионально. На складе вижу большой ассортимент стекол на все виды авто. Буду обращаться еще.
